Modest but sensible choice”
There is no safe, no fridge, and no decent soap/shampoo (only this liquid dispenser that cleans anything from head to toe, and from kitchen to windows...) But for the price, the rooms are modern, air-conditioned, the bed is comfortable, and the desk area is very usable. Location is good, most places are accessible by a 10-15 walk

good for the budget”
on a slightly dodgy lane with mainly guys hanging out around food stands at any time of the day- easy to avoid though and the lane is very short. it is otherwise near the river crossing to the bellecour region. if you continue walking east, the streets are also wide and nice once you exit the lane. appreciate that mask-wearing was mandatory in the reception area

Budget Hotel Not too far from the city center”
10min Walk from the Center of Lyon, near Rhône River. Staff friendly, breakfast very good, rooms a little small with small windows. Bathroom ok. All in all recommendable

Though the exact are is a bit rough at night during the day it’s great and close to everything you want to see. 8 min bus from train station. Hotel isn’t perfect but for $100 cad a night for 3 it’s great and has air conditioning. There is a beautiful pool down the street on river for 8 euros to relax

Lyon travel by foot can't really comment on much on buses , train. room is basic & clean. staff is friendly & helpful. Most important they can speak English in France. Recommend stay if I come Lyon again.

of extensive travel as it has laundry facilities. Location not that convinient. Staff very sweet. Again, only booked here as we travelled 6 weeks and were here on week 3 to do laundry haha. but such great value for money.

Very small room. Upon first walking in, there was a spider on the wall. Water temp is unstable which is a nightmare to take showers. The worst of all is the Wifi didn't work at all the whole time we were there. It's very imp for us to stayed connected for our work and we complainted this to the front desk on numerous occasions and they couldn't fix the issue. So at the end they tried to convinced me that something was wrong with my phone. A total nightmare. Also this area very sketchy, I would not recommend any girl who travels alone to stay there. To sum up, the worst hotel we have stayed in France. We have been coming here every year since 2009. So there you have it.

In general is was all very good, just at check in it took very long time, when there was two person at the reception. They were very helpful and spoke good English.

Nice little hotel ”
Nice little hotel that's great for if you intend to spend most of the day out of it. Value for money, located near plenty of food and is only a 5 mins walk to the river. Very clean.
