Check in was straight forward really pleasant staff. Our room had plenty of space with bunk beds and very clean only downside is they should provide tea and coffee and mugs at no extra charge, as I've never been anywhere that charges you for this. The breakfast here had a good choice and we enjoyed it. The farm animals and petting zoo is a great addition our little boy loved it. He also loved the bouncy castles great idea. The Disney shuttle was very efficient and regularly ran. A short 10 minute walk to a local supermarket was very handy. A great location and nice hotel would definitely stay again.

I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be as good as it was! After reading reviews of it being a budget hotel, I never expected the room to be so lovely and well furnished. The staff were super helpful in storing medicine in their fridge as there are no grudges in rooms (which we knew anyway). Literally, the only (very minor) negative is that their first morning shuttle bus arrived after ‘magic hours’ begins at Disney (we’re annual pass holders). Because of his, we either walked in (very easy, 25 mins) or got an Uber (around €7). Really can not fault this hotel, especially for the price. Will happily stay here again!

Gentleman at reception who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. Checked us in earlier than expected. Covienient for disney parks with frequent shuttle. Family room had double bed with bunk bed and desk.. so more than enough comfortable living space. It was clean and had fresh looking decor. However room was SO HOT! The heating was all switched off.. The temperature of the whole corridor was high. We had a tough night we had to leave the windows wide open the entire time. Considering it was very cold outside the room temperature was just right. But as it was windy I got a sore throat. The bathroom wasn't huge but had fast flowing hot water at all times! Breakfast was good! We observe a halal diet and there was lots to choose from. There were beans, cheese, hash browns, omelettes, freshly baked croissants and cereal to name a few options. The gentleman greeting us was very friendly, saw him around a few times was always smiling and saying hello. Overall we had a lovely stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights to go Disneyland and it was very nice. They had a shuttle to the park every 10 - 30 mins until midnight so it was super convenient. Room was very comfortable and clean and breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended! We are a couple with two children (10 and 14) and had a great stay: clean room, good breakfast and diner, kind staff. Will stay here again for my next visit to Disneyland!

We stayed at the Campanile for 4 nights. We have annual passes for Disney so staying off-site saves so much money. The campanile was by far the cheapest of the partner hotels. We had never stayed before, and were pleasantly surprised! The rooms were basic but enough room for the two of us and our luggage, no different to a Travelodge. The hotel reception was lovely and decorated for Halloween. We found it really helpful that they had a Disney Store in the hotel so we could send items we bought in the parks, to be picked up from the hotel store (this is definitely a huge perk). We had breakfast every morning and the mini pancakes are to die for! Parking is free and there were loads of spaces, which was another perk as we drove from the U.K, and meant we could choose between driving to the parks or getting the shuttle buses. The mini farm around the back of the breakfast hall was a lovely little addition. Not something you would usually find at a hotel but we really enjoyed seeing the animals and trying to learn their names! We will certainly be back :)

5 minutes from Disney hotels”
We booked this hotel through trip adviser to follow a 2 night stay on Disney complex. It was just 5 minutes around the corner from the complex and easily exceeded the Disney facilities at less than a third of the price. It enabled us to spend longer in the parks without having to pay an exorbitant price for accommodation. Definitely worth it.

The second time I have stayed here once as a group of three adults and once as a family with a child. The staff are super friendly and it’s such good value for money with a great location for Disney land. 100% would stay here again :)

Loved this hotel very close to Disneyland via free shuttle bus. Great value for money especially as breakfast is included. Room we had was a bit noisy as overlooking the park and outdoor area but other than that great.

A lovely hotel close to Disney with free shuttle bus. Youngest son loved the bouncy castle and play area. Didn’t try the breakfast as ate at Disney.

For those of you who remember this hotel as the kyriad, we did not find the reception area as welcoming. Did two stays at either end of our Disney hotel holiday this time. On arrival, reception staff were not very welcoming. Evening meal was okay. Breakfast there was a good selection - something for everyone. Rooms were comfortable and clean. My only complaint about the room is that there was not one English channel on the television. It makes a long evening if you want to just chill in your room with no t.v. Our second visit reception staff were more friendly. Depends what staff are on (or what mood they are in). The toilet in our room 1080 did not flush well. This kind of thing makes me very anxious. Any way, overall, not a bad stay and at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. Definitely value for money.

My daughter and myself found this hotel well worth the money cheap & cheerful ... I was disappointed that soft drinks wasn't included in the buffet price at the evening meal but aside from that it was brill. We loved the farm at the back,they had bouncy castles up and the breakfast & evening meal ranges was very good . So no complaints from us ☺️

Good hotel stayed before good size rooms quiet good price £44 Inc breakfast! One thing I don't like we'll 2 no fresh rolls at breakfast there used to be? and the baths arnt non slip or there's no non slip Matt's other then that & the reception refurb a very good priced hotel.
