The hotel is in a great location. I feel very safe. There is a security guard at the gate. The rooms are very secure and clean. It’s nit luxury but good down to earth value for money.

Excellent view of GG bridge from rooms facing bay above level 4. Near bus-stops to GG bridge, GG park and downtown. Good hot breakfast. Helpful staff. Walkable Safeway supermarket nearby. Good value. Would stay here again.

first of all, the view was amazing! i got to see the golden gate bridge from my room everyday. the staff were friendly, location was super convenient, and it was a pretty safe area. the only bad thing here is the parking garage. it was VERY tight and there's only one driveway for both the entrance and the exit. overnight parking is $30 but it's pretty much the same in other areas.

Reasonable”
It is reasonable to travel around San Francisco. Budget hotel. Breakfast is good. Parking lot is a bit small and additional 30 dollars of course.

Parking cost money. The staff very friendly. The room was old, a bit dirty and smelly and the air conditioner very old and smells bad.

Hotel was in a great location. Only a 10 min walk to the wharf area. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Beds were not that comfortable, and they messed up my reservation (reserved an ocean view and did not get it), but all in all it was a decent place to stay for the money.

This hotel is near rombard street. It's good exercising. Very kind staff. Safe street. Close to bus stop. Close to great ramen place. Too dangerous in downtown. So I recommend you this hotel.

For breakfast,we had multi options... waffle,breads,eggs, yogut and cereals...We liked it as we were a group of adults and children... Parking fee was quite high...not sure whether it's same around in the neighborhood

Short stay but a good one. Located 10 min walk to Fisherman Wharf and other attractions. Rooms were good and clean. Breakfast also good to start day

MUST get a new toast system. 2 ordinary roasters definitely not enough. Also one not working properly. Guests give up. Excellent public bus service near hotel. Great info help at reception. Overàll value foŕ moneý. NO bed problems at all. Would definitely stay again.

Not recommended, especially for families”
Location is good, other than that staff is unfriendly, breakfast is a mess - no table for families and no assistance from staff, the ramp for accessibility and strollers leads to a locked door, they asked for 30$ a night for extra bed even though we had a confirmation for the entire family.

This hotel is ok, good location, good bang for your buck. San Francisco hotels are expensive, so this one was not bad.

The only downside that I can think of was that the window was dirty on the outside which made the view of the bridge slightly disappointing

Didn't start off well when checking in. All paid and confirmation received from Agoda but somehow the room booking was cancelled at their end. 🤷🏼♀️ The reception was at a lost and keep telling us the room was cancelled and she can't do anything until the other staff came to reinstate the room booking. Hotel parking was expensive and no fridge in the room. Room was overall fine and clean and simple breakfast provided

The Comfort Inn on Van Ness was very satisfactory. The staff were extremely helpful with local knowledge and advice. We enjoyed our visit to San Francisco

pleased with hotel and staff. not happy i was charged a daily parking fee, as it was not mentioned on the website i used to book the room, plus the parking garage is extremely tight with ramps only wide enough for 1 vehicle.
