Absolutely Terrible ”
It was a nightmare from hell , I am surprised you even offer this place to tourists, it has actually put me off booking with your company again. Rooms dirty , floors dirty, no room service, breakfast a disaster. When ever we asked the receptionist anything there reply would be don’t know . Over flowing bins off rubbish on site , we actually witnessed several homeless people on the premises taking stuff from bins , twice I seen staff putting them off the premises . During our 4 nights stay our towel’s was changed once you had to go to reception to change them to which you were told there was none , on the third ask we got them changed . Thank god we were away everyday and only there late at night .

Run down, dirty room, dirty fixtures, very old broken lamp with exposed wires. crawling bugs in room, shady people hanging around outside. Not the best area of Orlando. Staff was friendly. Blow dryer dirty and sticky. Sometime else's toothpaste all over faucet. Flying bugs in shower. Disappointing for a Wyndham. I thought this was a good hotel chain.

Tha Manager of the hotel has a very nasty attitude. He should learn how to talk to people. They took my deposit said I forfeited it .then put me on a do not rent didn't say nothing I re rented the room only find out I can't rent from them anymore. They pin locked the door asked where are my things they say I didn't have anything. Worst hotel ever and I live here smh.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, but this place was just plain scary. The location is not ideal and the rooms were not very clean either. I guess you get what you paid for, but I didn't expect it to be this bad. I even killed a roach in my room and there wasn't any free breakfast of any sort :(

for what I paid, this was good value. I wasn't expecting a whole lot. The staff was very friendly and professional and resolved any issues we had. The rooms were decently clean. The floors looked like they had recently been redone to have vinyl instead of carpet which was encouraging. The area is a little sketchy but was very close to the camping world stadium and not too far from SeaWorld and Aquatica which we went too as well. Overall, great experience. Didn't get to use the pool and hot tub but it looked to be in good condition.

Third room was ok. First, broken bed, second no hot water. Third, slept in separate beds but was wasn't cold... Location is not good, would question safety in surrounding area. Didn't use any amenities so maybe the pool was nice?

Heat in the room did not work it took a long time to get switch to another room whose heat also did not work. To seek service you have to wait outside with one clerk working. This is the only hotel in which I have stayed in which the lobby isn’t open and they use Covid as their reasoning. All other hotels have their lobby open, why is that?! Having patrons stand in 30 degree weather outside to check in is bad customer service.

BSB concert ”
My thirteen-year-old daughter and I stayed overnight because we went to the Backstreet Boys concert at the Amway arena. Although check-in was at three, we were allowed us to check in early, staff provided us with toothbrushes, shampoo and conditioner because we forgot to pack those in our excitement for the concert, they called a taxi for us to pick us up take us to Amway arena for our VIP check in. The room was clean, homie and comfortable.

My overall experience was just awful! Just trying to enter my room with all my bags after a lengthy check in proccess, I was accosted by a male guest to call the police. He asked me to call the police for him, because he was being put out by the manager. I could not have my morning coffee because the pot was absolutely disgusting. The entire room was a nightmare! All the chairs were stained and dirty. The sheets were dirty and even the toilet paper had a stain on the side of the roll that passed through the layers of paper sheets. Just the though of your free breakfast was revolting to me after just 5 minutes in my room. It was a miserable stay for me, and I could not wait to check out and get home! I will not return, even if the state of Florida was entirely flooded and your establishment was the only shelter available! I would rather drown! If you think I'm just a spoiled needy, hard to appease princess, think again, because I grew up poor, but lived in a clean home!

Friendly staff”
The staff we met were friendly. Good smily front desk staff at check in and check out. Housekeeping we met very friendly. Room and grounds were not so nice. Grounds were dirty and the room. Lets say could of used a fire hose cleaning. One bit of advice. Wear shoes at all times in the room. If you wear white socks in the room, they will be black on the bottom when you leave.

Our room door got stuck and our family couldn't get in, we reported to the front desk, they called maintenance but maintenance never came, the cleaning lady helped us get it. The free breakfast offered is cereal, apple and orange juice, coffee, Quaker, toast and ego pancakes, there was yogurt but it disappeared quickly. Staff is courteous but not resourceful (except for the cleaning lady, kudos to her). The breakfast area is tiny, and everyone comes to eat at the same time (9:00am), because it ends at 9:30am, it was a real rush hour, very stressful. Some people had to eat standing up since there were no place to seat. There were roaches eating breakfast with us, I make sure my wife never saw them. The rooms had a musty mistyIn the future we'll avoid this hotel if possible.

Poor place to be in”
We got there and had to wait almost 3 hours because they couldn't find me in the system, I did my booking two weeks ago, finally we got to our room and it supposed to be a nonsmoking room and it smell terrible like siggarets I have 4 children with me and they all complain about the smell then my wife call to have a baby crib and it took them an hour to take it to our room, I will never go to that hotel again, oh yes I forget that the breakfast was bad as well but its over a good experience of not going over there anymore.
