Worth it”
It was less then 10min drive from the airport and 10-15min from downtown. It’s not the best neighborhood but the location is good in regards to how far it is from popular spots. The hotel looks brand new and the interior design feels high end, we got the room for half the price so I was very happy. The guy who helped us at the lobby was fantastic, he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I definitely recommend!

Was very nice and clean! Didn’t receive much info when we checked in. Had to pay $100 incidental fee which I have never paid for before. Was told it was a hold on my card but when I checked out they told me 5-7 business days. Had to pay for parking and we only stayed one night. Lady at checkin never told us we had to register our car online but luckily the lady at checkout told us or would of had a $80 fee. But the room was very clean.

Nice Hotel For the Price, But Has Its Flaws”
We loved our stay at the DoubleTree. The staff were very accommodating, the facilities were well kept, and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of storage in our room and the bathroom was nice. We also liked that it was conveniently located by the airport and bus stop. They also provide a free shuttle to the airport, and a free cookie on arrival to the hotel. On the downside, the indoor pool was absolutely frigid, and there was no hot tub even though they advertised one, it was even in one of the pictures. Also the water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best, and the bed coverings were very thin. And of course, the proximity to public transit, while convenient, is very noisy. But if you’re used to city noise, it isn’t too much of a sacrifice if you plan to use the transit system. All in all, if you’re looking for a decent budget stay within easy access of Boston proper, DoubleTree Boston Logan Airport would be a nice fit. Four stars!

Good for a night! ”
Comfy beds and nice staff but the communication could be better. We didn’t know the breakfast buffet was not included in our stay. Signs in the dining room with the price would be helpful and the person at check-in should of said something - “Breakfast is not included but we have a breakfast buffet for $17 dollars”. Been on a New England road trip and every hotel was clear about their breakfast/amenities but this one.

It was a good hotel, but one of maneger didn’t tell every booking staff that my booking was changed. So we couldn’t enter our room until one of staff asked maneger.

I've stayed in other places because of cost,but this is by far the best place I've stayed on all levels. I do this trip about once a month, Doubletree makes it all the better. The woman at the front desk is always very friendly, and makes checking in that much nicer. The bar tender is always very friendly as well. Customer service is amazing 👏

The staff at the front desk was exceptional. However, the hotel did have a few issues - only one elevator was working, computers werent operational, one treadmill (out of two) worked, and housekeeping did not clean our room. Front desk staff was the bright spot.

Considering the cost per night, the hotel could have provided a free breakfast which less expensive hotels offer, but no, only a free cookie upon checking in. Food you purchase is overpriced. Otherwise the hotel is good and my room was mostly quiet as requested.

Use Uber Eats for good delivery food. The hotel gym is good for a quick lift. Staff was nice and helpful.

First of all I have never been to a hotel where I had to pay for parking. I checked in on Saturday and didn't have to pay for parking, but on Sunday the receptionist charged me for parking every day of my stay, including Saturday, which I didn't have to pay. It was $20 a night. This value was for your car to stay overnight only. It was absurd! Also, the hotel did not provide breakfast on Monday. Said breakfast wouldn't be available, and they didn't say anything. Employees totally without information, do not know how to provide information about absolutely nothing and do not communicate with the customer. Terrible for such a hotel. the comfort of the room was excellent, the shower was horrible, but the room was very comfortable. I hated my experience

Watch what room you’re assigned”
We were assigned a room right next to the mechanical closet which was extremely noisy all night. We asked to be moved but they were full. I asked for a comped room and said that they couldn’t because I went through a party vendor. Received Hilton Honors points instead. I’m sure that they will continue to rent out this room so be careful.
