perfect location next to train station, for a 2 night stay and easy to walk through Amsterdam or catch the trams to go further afield. Hotel is busy and but very well priced. hotel as bikes for guest use. Not sure if you need to hire them.

Well Managed Hotel”
Location is just beside the Central Station so it is easy to get around. The staff is very efficient, courteous and helpful. The level of service is quite unusual in a European hotel. Sky Bar is a good place to chill with a panoramic view of Amsterdam. Breakfast spread was good and staff as attentive. However dinner was a bit disappointed with the quality of the wagyu. But hey, it's cool.... Need to mention Dean from the concierge. I need to remove the saddle from my folding bike for packing and I asked for help in the concierge. Instead of waiting for the technician to show up with the tool, Dean took the bike down to maintenance to have it done. I was just expecting a call to collect it back from concierge. Instead he personally brought it back up to the room. Nice touch and much appreciated.

Great staff - clean - modern”
Arrived one day prior to a cruise. Good.... staff very pleasant and professional. Very good restaurant and nice roof top Sky Lounge. The breakfast was amazing. Disappointment....size of the room. If you’re planning to spend any amount of time in Amsterdam book a room with additional space. Standard room has a tiny bathroom and very little storage. Overall - very nice hotel.

Great location, clean and comfort”
It's very close to the station which was very convenient for us as we arrived by train. It's also easy to travel from the central station to everywhere in the city and nearby regions. The room was clean and tidy. There's a fridge in the room to store food and drinks we bought from the supermarket next door.

Great views on the Canal Side”
The room had full length glass window with a spectacular view of the city and the canal. Everybody was out celebrating the end of the virus lockdown. Boats full of joyous partiers putting around. Hundreds of health people on bicycles zooming around. Oh yes, the hotel has a unique and fun top floor bar and restaurant. Very kind and helpful staff. Loved it.

Great location for a quality stay”
Love how it’s a stone’s throw from Central train station which makes it a good base to travel around the city. Nearby are a supermarket, cafes and restaurants, it’s rooftop lounge and even a Starbucks next door so there’s plenty already within a 50m radius. Clean and friendly staff. No complaints about facilities. It’s also by the water so it’s extremely scenic and you get an amazing view of the Beautiful surrounding architecture.

It's only 15mins train transfer from the airport to the hotel and it is centrally located at city centre. Tons of restaurant nearby especially Malaysian food, Chinese Food, Middle Eastern food can be found here too. It is very near to Canal Boat Tour. We were greet warmly by a front desk new comer name Maryama. She is fit the most in this industry for her great personality and willing take time to assists on inquiries compare to the senior that not smile at all and immediately say no to everything. As apart of hotelier in management myself, DoubleTree please grew this girl as she shown positive vibe in this industry. I like where the hotel welcome us with very nice cookies. Room is lovely but hygiene is not up to par compare to the rest world DoubleTree. The hotel provide bike rental at affordable price too. Starbucks is located at the G floor and SkyLounge is superb to overview the Amsterdam City. Overall I would totally recommend this hotel and no doubt I will stay again here!

The location is great, next to the main train station and walking distance to most places. The rooms are clean and the staff very friendly and professional. I love the awesome breakfast spread, its the best hotel breakfast I ever had. Rooms are very clean and cozy. Only issue is that the bathroom is a little small but I really like the Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are on a business trip or would like to splurge a little bit during your vacation in Amsterdam.

excellent location and very accomodating staff. its next door to the Amsterdam Centraal station but you don't hear the trains. 15-20 mins walk from the museum area where all the action is and its very easy to get there by tram. around 10 lines start from Amsterdam Centraal station. The bar upstairs, the Sky Lounge is alive on weekends with a gorgrous terrace. Arrive early to get a seat else sit inside. We were very happy with our stay.

If you pay for the view, you can get a really nice and comfortable room with a view on the canal facing downtown. Everything was clean and the staff was always accomodating. Possible to rent good quality city bikes for a day at 15 euros each (watch if the tires are not deflated or if anything is broken). Skylounge has an awesome view but is very popular and busy during weekends.

Maud was friendly and helpful getting us a room when we arrived early after 21 hours of traveling. Accommodations were clean and quiet.

Love this hotel as it is literally 5 minutes walk from Amsterdam Central Station and China Town. Room is very clean and staff are friendly. I would recommend this hotel to a family with young kids. Would stay in this hotel again !

Pro-Beautiful hotel, great views from the room over looking the canal, Amazing breakfast, friendly efficient and helpful hotel staff. Con-The hotel's location is a bit of a let down as the hotel is a good 5 mins walk into town, look I know most people will wonder what's the fuss with a little 5 min walk. Well if it's in the middle of winter with freezing temperatures outside then every minute spent walking back to the hotel in the blistering cold matters, trust me ! Non the less it's still lovely hotel

Room we stayed was clean and comfortable. Memorable view of the city from the Executive room, but the balcony was dirty with cigarette dumps. Staffs were friendly. Location is Excellent!
