This is no frills hotel. I was comfortable with my stay. Parking was free. It’s close enough from city. Only downside was that hotel charged me city tax again which I had already had paid in my booking. When I showed a booking to receptionist, she said that she has no record of it on her paperwork. Better communication needed between Agoda and hotel.

It's a good hotel, but I had to pay extra taxes (local taxes), so I still don't know why I have to pay taxes when booking. Is it the website/hotels fault?

The hotel to stay one night for buisness - have a good price relation - parking is perfect - rooms are good - the staff and the rest from the hotel is a little strange - staff not really good and the hotel seems strange - to drink only 7 up no water no coke strange

We booked a family suite for 3 people. The room was nice but not very clean. There were insects on the ceiling lamp and weird kind of smell in the room. There was no tea or coffee or water kettle in the room. The hotel is a bit far from city but the bus stops and metro stops are nearby. RER C stop is at 10min walking distance. Overall I would say it was not great but not bad either. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Staff at the reception were rude. Far from city, Paris was on strike when we were there and it took us 1hr30mins by bus to travel to city every day.

Worst facilities, No stuff during breakfast”
It was the unfair deal and the amount spent on booking hotel was my wrong choice I had in my life time. Please do not book this hotel at all, they don't provide proper breakfast, we hardly find the stuff in the breakfast, almost empty bowls during breakfast and staff asks for additional money for the breakfast even though our booking includes breakfast. They blame on other staff saying that it's not my job to serve the customers. Poor cleaning in the room and rooms are not that great and friendly and they hardly have 1 light in the entire room and bed lamps do not function, no proper hospitality and bathroom kit in place and they do not provide water bottles in the room and they charge additional cost if we request for water bottle. I do not know for what the management is charging such an huge amount. Specially I warn agoda to remove the executive hotel from your association or agreement which cheat the customers with nice pics on the agoda website with offers. The amount spent for my 3 days stay is the weired experience I can say. I was asked to pay 30 to 60 euros for my breakfast surprisingly and I was charged city tax of 1.86 per day per person and which was not mentioned in the agoda website. Lot many things to mention but I do not want to spend more time on this useless executive hotel. Worst Worst Worst Worst........... Dont even dare to take the chance or trial this executive hotel by seeing this online deals.

Terrible Hotel! Avoid! ”
I booked the room online and when I came to hotel for checkin, I realized that my room was given to someone else and there was no clean room to stay. There was only one receptionist working in the hotel during that night and she told me to find another hotel (it was midnight already). Then after I challenged her, she somehow(!) found me a room which was not cleane and I had to change the bed sheets by my own. I have never experienced something like this and I think this hotel needs to be completely handed over to another management.

The location of the hotel is far from everything and does not feel like the safest area. They stored my bag in a “secure” luggage room, which the staff assured me was monitored at all times and very safe. However, the door was left open and unlocked and people came and went as they pleased without checking in with staff. Upon checkin, there was a long line in an incredibly hot lobby. When we got to our room, the door was open and the cleaners were working in the room next door. They quickly came to clean our room but we had to wait as they changed the sheets and vacuumed the floor. Not only that, but they didn’t even wash all of the sheets, only some were replaced. Finally, when we arrived back later at night, all the hotel gates were locked. We were not told about this and had to figure out how to buzz in , which again was not ideal as the area felt unsafe and we had to wait on the street late at night. To top it all off, the wifi was not working anywhere in the hotel and staff told us it was down in the lobby and all the rooms so we had no internet access, which we needed to book taxis for our trips the next morning. Overall very bad experience.

The air conditioning did not work through the whole stay. After a contact with the reception they answered they couldn't do anything. I definitely don't think about staying there a second time

The hotel provided a bed the only good thing about it and a really good bakery nearby. - gym equipment broken - staff distracted - rooms barely functional - location poor for metro access - located within an industrial estate

The staff were very helpful from start to finish. They went out of way to help. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. The location was right near bus stop and train station.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in”
The sheets had blood on them, the trash bin in the toilet had blood spots on the inside, no bag was in the bin The room was NOTHING like the pictures, the only virtue was that the bed is “not bad” but even the pillows are small, not fluffy. The towels were so old that it’s obvious they have been in use for a VERY long time. The water was “warm” at best when you turn the knob all the way towards the hot water One of two windows let in some cold air through even though it was shut. The thermostat malfunctions, heating works at odd intervals and the room temp definitely doesnt match whats on the thermostat

My second time staying here. Secured parking is a great feature of this hotel if you are traveling with a car . Great Value for money definitely!

Don't book. Run! Falls Short on Basic Amenities, Misleading Room Photos.”
I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at the Executive Hotel in Paris. Despite booking their best room available, the suite, I found that the hotel did not meet my expectations in so many areas that it was one of my worst stays in any hotel despite me being a heavy traveler. Firstly, the location of the hotel was quite unappealing. There was nothing of interest in the vicinity, and I found myself having to spend 25 euros (one-way) on Uber rides just to get to popular tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower. There were no decent eateries nearby, and the only nearby place that sold basic things like water and coke was a betting place. Moreover, the hotel was located in a neighborhood that felt unsafe, and the hotel staff felt the same way, given that they locked the gates at night, forcing guests to stand outside in the dark and wait for them to open. This location is definitely not suitable for tourists. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The room was dirty with layers of dust in some places, and the bathroom was extremely filthy. It was evident that the hotel did not clean the bathroom at each cleaning, and there were even nick-knacks from previous guests under the bed, which was concerning. It was so bad that I got rashes from sleeping in the bed. The room was also lacking in basic amenities, such as a kettle or a fridge/minibar. Additionally, there was no free drinking water provided, with guests being charged 2 euros for a small 250 ml bottle at the reception. The breakfast provided by the hotel was a huge let-down, with a limited selection and poor-quality food. Worst of all, the pictures of the hotel rooms on the internet are very misleading. While the layout may be the same, the pictures have clearly been heavily photoshopped to make the rooms appear more spacious and luxurious than they really are.
