New, quite clean, traditional and well-appointed wooden houses built on stilts in the sea shore. Quiet and peaceful place. There is the a pier with the wharf to see the sunset / sunrise or for sunbathing. Breakfast included in the price in the Fresh restaurant. Nice place, although in Lanta Old Town there is not much interesting to see or do, so I would suggest staying on the west coast of Ko Lanta.

we extended our stay here / really enjoyed this small homey place with friendly staf and A+ free breakfast! we tried both the fan and aircon room - pick the aircon! aircon is on the jetty - super clean - comfortable and very spacious! be aware water comes in right under you which we found this sound very soothing but others may not. Also aircon - tv and bathroom were all new and well maintained. the fan room is totally fine clean and comfortable as well for budget but has a few cons : weak fan - open ceiling area to reception so when they come and go you hear everything - also outside the door is a little hangout but not very appealing as there's a water pump going on/off and sometimes sewage smell wafts in.. otherwise you get a comfy king bed - clean modern bath - mosquito net - fridge and tv so all these might outweigh the negatives .. also be aware at night this room location doesn't have any nightlight outside so it's dark along the corridoe - yes we would stay here again !

On the pier directly above the water, the sound of the waves would keep you up at night. Holes in the floor through wich you can see the water! Found a veninous spider in the room. The staff speaks very poor english!

Attractive architecture”
We had the fan room which was very hot during the day as it doesn't have good airflow.Because the veranda is in the corner it is also hot most of the day. The aircon rooms would be much better. They are spacious and attractive. Breakfast includes nescafe and fake orange juice. It needs chairs by the water.

Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet in schöner Lage. Die Eigentümer sind sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Ganz klare Empfehlung!!!!!!

sehr gepflegte, saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Bequemes Bett, Badezimmer sehr sauber, Wasser und Obst im Kühlschrank, sogar LCD-Fernsehen (wer braucht das im Urlaub??) und leckeres Frühstück im angeschlossenen Restaurant (ca. 300 m) entfernt. Super Preis-Leistung, sehr empfehlenswert

Das Hotel ist mit liebe gebaut worden. Auch im Detail. Echt toll. Das Hotel steht über dem Wasser und wenn die Flut kommt ist es echt laut obwohl ich sonst immer Zimmer am Wasser habe. Dann sind da noch die lauten Motorrad Fahrer und Hunde

Rustige plek, mooie zonsopgang. Ik vind de prijs vd kamer te duur. We kregen niet elke dag propere handdoeken ook wanneer deze op de grond lagen. De westkust heeft veel meer activiteiten dan de oostkant. Zekers mobilette huren.

Dejlig indretning. Gode detaljer. Hyggelig lille by. God morgenmad på Fresh restaurant. Man kan ikke svømme i havet, men leje knallert til anden side af øen, hvor der kan bades m.v.
