If AGODA is seriously interested in maintaining the brand value - should immediately strike off this property off there list - unfriendly staff at the reception counter, dirty filthy bathrooms, balcony of the rooms had bird nest and bird droppings all over, toilet flush not working, smelly rooms, TV connection not working - had to call the maintenance staff multiple times....room service was late - food was ok. Punjabi Restaurant was not operational and the published menu was not available when inquired - was forced to shift to other eating options. I have used AGODA multiple time in India and for overseas bookings - this was the worst experience of my life.

Maintenance is pathetic”
While the hotel Location is good and reasonable facilities have been built but it’s very poorly maintained and many facilities including swimming pool is not in usable condition. Restaurant table mats and cloth is not changed/ cleaned and remains very dirty making the restaurant unhygienic.

Poorly run and run down hotel”
Unfortunately we had a very bad experience staying at Royal Heritage. Four of us were visiting Kishangarh to buy marble. We had booked a Super Delux room, which accommodates 3 people with the option for an extra bed to accomodate the fourth person. Before booking via Agoda, I called ahead to ensure that the room can indeed accomodate 4 people. It all started from our first contract with the staff and then went downhill over next three nights of stay. In short, find a newer and more professionally run hotel than RH. As soon as we arrived, people at check-in declared that we don't have a reservation. We mentioned that the reservation was done online. Then looked for "the email" but couldn't find one. Again they insisted there is no reservation. At this instead of being progrssional and courteous they seemed a bit aloof. I showed them the email I had with the reservation confirmation on my phone. They looked deeper to find "the email" on their system. Finally it was found and we all breathed a sigh of relief. After going through the checkin process the person at checkin told us that our reservation allows for a Max Occupancy of 1 person in a room that normally accomodates 3 people and demanded that they will charge more per person per night. At this point this was beginning to be disturbing. I have never booked a room in my life where occupancy for the stated number of guests is not allowed. Imagine booking a room Where you are charged extra for your spouse or kid when the room normally accomodates them. After haggling we settled with the manager on an amount of Rs. . They also upgraded us to Swiss Cottage because there water problems in the Super Delux rooms. Over next few days: 1. We had troubles with toilet. We were shifted to a new room 2. Lights in the new room did not work 3. My dad had serious illness after eating at restaurant 4. Wi-Fi did not work Overall, I am glad to be out of this place.
