This hotel is very dirty. The trash bin wasn’t emptied on arrival. The stove was very greasy. And the corridor is full of cigarette smoke.

Really dirty rooms, greasy surfaces. No real beds, only uncomfortable sofa beds. Extra charges for everything. Staff were rude and condescending. we left early to spend the rest of our holiday in a nicer place.

Short yet convenient”
The bed was a let down since it was a soft bed and wasn't too comfortable. Staff spoke good English so it made our stay a bit convenient.

Easy access to La Timone Hospital and station”
Self-catering apartment with cooking utensils and fridge. Apartment cleaned every 2 days. Safe and relatively quiet. Excellent access to Metro system. Nearby shops selling daily necessities

No major complaints, clean & tidy. bed is a fold out couch but as comfy as any bed. Wifi in lobby & plug in in bedrooms. Easy to get to city on metro

No internet in rooms,very low efficiency of air-condition, windows are not opening. cleaning every 2 days only. we have left en equipment in the bathroom and when we called the hotel, they answered they did not find it.

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept on”
We only stayed one night - we arrived late and left early - but this was a great hotel. It felt like a small apartment and had the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced. I would not hesitate to stay here again. We cannot really comment on the area, convenience etc.

Très propre et moderne l’appart est à 2pas de l’hôpital la timone très pratique seul bémol le grand lit qui se trouve être 2petits collé dommage même si bonne litterie
