We ask for a room wheelchair accessibility, had to take the Leg brackets off to get her around, the sink was not wheelchair acceptable, had to help her to go to bathroom, and no one told us to read the note on the card sleeve telling us you had to ask for maid service.

Love the location and the cleanliness of the hotel in general. I also loved the mirrors in the room! It was also nice to have that complimentary 24hr shuttle service since the zoo parking was full. I would definitely book another room here again!

The rooms were updated and very clean. The pool area was nice, and the inclusive breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options. Would return to this location.

The only con was that check in time was 3 and we were not able to get into our room until after 4.

Awesome place to stay”
It is a very awesome place to stay. When you walk in they great you. The atmosphere of the interior front lobby. A fire was going. It was clean no snow or ice or tracks from people checking in. Keep in mind there was a blizzard outside. I was impressed.
