Located near Toyocho Station. Popular destinations is just a train ride away but at the same time near not-so-touristy establishments. Sunamachi Ginza is just a bus ride and a few minute walk. Koto City is a very much underrated area in Tokyo. You can enjoy both the old and the new. The hotel itself has a nice view of the Skytree, quiet, and relaxing. Sometimes we even ask ourselves if we're the only ones at the hotel. The staff is very much accommodating to all our requests. The cleaners are very much hardworking. Expect a clean room everyday, complementary water and morning tea to start your day. The round trip bus is a plus but taking the train is quite easy. Even much faster. You can catch the shuttle to the nearest station in the morning but you can always take the bus to the station if you're carrying lots of luggage. After check out, we left our luggages with them and even offered to refrigerate the pudding in our thermal bag. Definitely coming back here on our next trip!

*we took the airport - hotel - airport bus which made it very convenient for us especially travelling with a senior citizen and an 11 year old child. *the hotel has a an excellent selection of restaurants and convenience stores and a supermarket at the ground floor *it is located in a very quiet neighborhood, the street is filled with hole in the wall restaurants that are often visited by locals, there is even an organic family mart in front *the hotel has indoor and outdoor pools *the rooms are spacious - and very clean *excellent buffet spread *5 minutes walking distance to the mrt *buses pass by the hotel if you don"t want to walk to the mrt stations *the hotel rooms have excellent views of odaiba and tokyo skytree *very comfortable stay, you get more than what you pay for *will come back again on our next trip to tokyo

Great Hotel for great price! ”
The hotel is very nice, rooms are always cleaned and replenished our towels everyday even bathroom supplies. Our room is at the 14th floor overlooking the Tokyo Skytree. Staffs was so courteous. It is is so near to Toyocho subway going to tourist major attractions. station. There are grocery stores, pharmacy, Burger King, subway, other Japanese restaurants for those who didn’t avail the breakfast like us.. There are other cheap Japanese restaurants with great price too. They offer airport shuttle but price is a little expensive but comfortable. Opted to take a subway for a cheaper price.. Thank you again and will recommend Hotel East 21 to our friends.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, delicious breakfast”
We had the best time in hotel east 21. The hotel is conveniently located near the tube station just about 10 min walk. I booked the semi- double room but they upgraded us to a double on the 11th floor with a view of the whole city and the Skytree. We didn’t opt for breakfast, but on the second day we decided to try it and it was so delicious. There’s a big selection for vegetarians and the food was very fresh and yummy. The hotel staff was extremely polite and friendly and always went above and beyond to help us. We used the Disney shuttle every day and also booked airport shuttle tickets through them. The process was simple and smooth. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all of my friends visiting Tokyo next year. Our stay couldn’t have been better.

Pros Grand looking exterior with really great atmosphere for the season. Free shuttle service to Disneyland was nice gesture. Amenities in the room were perfect. Love the branded Pola range of hair care and shower gel provided. They were topped up daily. Room was tidied and clean to perfection daily. Water flask was always topped up with boiled water daily. Supermarket and drugstore just within the hotel premises. Things sold were comparatively cheaper than those in the city. Spoilt for choice by many eateries within the hotel premises providing different cuisines. Special mention for the really delicious and value for money udon place. Cons No laundromat in hotel. Walk from Toyocho to hotel is about 1.2km I highly recommend this hotel for those with teenagers below 18 and would prefer to stay together in a room as they have quadrupled room at affordable charges My family and I enjoyed our 5 ,days stay at Tokyo East 21 and will e back should we visit Tokyo again. Thank you for staying in our hotel for 5 days. Were you able to relax in your room? Currently, the amenities in our hotel 's guest rooms are "POLA". There is no laundromat in the hotel, but there is a paid laundry service. There is also a 24 hour laundromat within 10 minutes' walk from the hotel, so please use it too. It takes 7 minutes to walk from the nearest station, Toyocho Station to the hotel. The distance is about 550 meters. I think you can come without getting lost in a straight line. Incredibly memorable stay”
The staff at the hotel were some of the warmest and thoughtful I’ve ever encountered. From the front desk, bell desk, to shuttle drivers, everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make our group feel welcome. Great restaurants and a well stocked supermarket downstairs made meals and snacks a breeze. About a 6-7 minute leisurely walk to Toyocho Metro. I would 100% recommend a stay at this hotel and hopefully I can stay there again the in future!

Great Hotel to Stay in Tokyo”
It is about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Hotel to Toyocho metro station. Lots of eateries, convenience stores nearby hotel and also supermarket. The staff are very professional and helpful. Big room and Skytree view. We took a limousine bus from airport directly alight at the hotel. Hotel also provide free shuttle bus service to nearest station (Toyocho), disneyland, tokyo skytree...will come back again on our next trip to Tokyo.

But, our hotel is located between Tokyo Disney Resort and Tokyo Sky Tree, which is convenient for you to go either way. There is a free bus service from our hotel to Tokyo Disney Resort. If you use the free bus from the hotel to Tokyo Disney Resort, you need to make a reservation at the official website of the hotel in advance. It takes about 30 to 45 minutes from the hotel to Tokyo Disney Resort. We hope you may consider to stay with us once again in your next visit to Japan. Great hotel in a great location with awesome breakfast”
This was our first time staying here and wondering why we never stayed here before. It was a great place to stay and the breakfast was great! Next time we go to Tokyo, we will definitely stay here again. Next time we would like to use the pool facilities.

Ideal location with great facilities.”
It's was the first time to Japan for our family. We were travelling with children age 10 and 12 and we had the family room which is a generous size compared to other hotels in Tokyo we previously looked at. Easy to get to from Narita Airport, we caught the Limousine Bar service which stopped off at the hotel. We caught the free bus shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland which was handy. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet catered both western and Japanese style. The hotel was located about 10-15 min walk to Toyocho Station, which was handy. We travelled to all parts of Tokyo using the Metro and Pasmo IC card, so it was handy having this station near by. The hotel is located above a small shopping mall which was convenient. There was various small eateries, chemist and supermarket which we frequently visited. The checkout pay stations had menus available in English. Would we stay here again ? Definitely! Looking coming back next year.

Nice hotel, convenient as there is a supermarket with a 100Yen store, drug store and a few restaurants within 100 feet walk from the hotel. Closest Metro station is about a 10 minute walk, free shuttle bus to the station only in the morning. Not close to any JR station. Shuttle bus with fee to Odaiba and Tokyo Skytree a few times a day. Very clear hotel transportation schedule provided to all visitors in the room. Our room was very spacious and clean. Will stay there again.

The best staff you can ask for.”
Only 4 stars on location because the nearest subway (Tozai) is half mile away. Not a big deal as we were fine with the walk anyway. The tozai also can take you straight to Tokyo station where you can board the JR trains and shinkansen. Staff is extremely friendly and helped us on multiple occasions. If I could give them 6 stars for staff I would. There were no issues with not knowing japanese although some were better than others with english (is that really a legitimate criticism for another country?) but anyone we worked with was good enough to help us. We needed help getting a package and they sent us to a staff member who was really good with english and he helped us contact the delivery office and track down the package and confirm it would be delivered on time. When I next come to Japan I'm going to be looking for rooms here first.

Even on a rainy day, you can go there from the first floor of the hotel without getting wet. our hotel is a 7 minute walk from the nearest station, "Toyocho Station". It's a little far, so we have a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the station. It is on a first-come-first-served basis, so please use it as soon as possible. The hotel is AMAZING! My husband and I stayed here for 4 days and loved it. The breakfast is great, the service is impeccable, and the hotel is beautiful. The lounge is a great place to view the city, and the sushi bar was a fun place to eat and chat a bit with the amazing sushi chef. The hotel is not centrally located, but if you don’t mind the 10 minute walk to the subway-then it doesn’t really matter. If you are going to Tokyo Disneyland, then it is a great place to stay since they offer a lovely shuttle to the parks for free. We had a wonderful stay and would suggest for anyone to stay here.

Must recommended hotel in Tokyo! The nearest station from Hotel will takes 7-10Mins. There are many convenient stores, Spa, etc. Sukiya near Hotel is a must try! They also had free Tokyo Disneyland Transfers Roundtrip. I'll definitely come back again in here.

The hotel had a good location, close to subway and buses, provided complimentary shuttle bus to subway as well as to Disney. Good sized rooms with chairs to sit, fantastic view of the skytree and a lovely bar.

Our room was a little small for our group, but we loved the bathroom. The shuttle services to and from the airport, and to Disneyland were very convenient. There was a good range of places to eat around the hotel too.

Hotel is about 7-8 minutes from Toyocho metro station. Lots of food choices around the hotel plus a supermarket at the mall beside the hotel. The staff are super helpful and very much service oriented.
