A quiet location but very near Le Champs Elleyse. Extremely nice breakfast. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful.

The rooms are too small even for 2 people, you literally have to move out of the way for the next person to pass. The location is perfect, breakfast has no variety if you are not a cheese lover you have nothing to eat practically.

Great place and location; RUDE STAFF”

We had a very pleasant experience during our stay until the end. STAFF MEMBER WAS VERY RUDE! We were greeted by a very nice and friendly man in the evening (gave us great sightseeing options). The stay was very nice until checkout. There was a booking mistake (most likely my own) and it did not include breakfast. We called Agoda to resolve; which they tried to do without success (thank you). We were informed by the hotel that the breakfast rate would below their standard (otherwise we would have had breakfast outside of the hotel). We were charged in full at checkout. They offered a free breakfast for my wife's birthday (the night before our departure). We did not need it; leaving early to the airport. We asked if we could apply to an earlier day and they front desk person declined. We insisted that we were told that we would receive a discount. He rudely applied it, then talked behind our backs and laughed in our faces with the breakfast assistant. WILL NEVER RETURN!

WORST 4-STAR HOTEL EVER!”

WORST 4-STAR HOTEL EVER! Unfriendly staff never help with luggages. There was a black guy at night shift was ridiculously RUDE! When I asked for amenities and water refill, he kept forgetting things, I called to reminded him but he said “Please tell me everything in one time!” and bad attitude. Small bathroom, super BAD bedding! Highly doubted where did their 4 stars come from!

great location, only a few min walk to a metro station and a block or two away from champs élysées in a quiet neighbourhood. great reception staff, especially the lady during the day. room is not super big but big enough for a couple.

Perfect stay for couple!”

Hotel is located very conveniently in Champ Elysees. Short walk to food and shops. Further but pleasant walk to Avenue Montaigne and Arc de Triomphe. Room is very clean, well kept and is well equipped with the necessities. The balcony access was great with a serene view. Staff are warm, friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel in amazing location!”

The hotel is beautifully styled/furnished and makes the most of the space they have. The rooms are adequately size and very clean and comfortable. Only a few minutes walk from the Champs Elysees, the location couldn’t be better. We easily used the metro to get from the airport the the hotel and with nearby stops wised the metro to get around on a daily basis when wandering further than the Champs Elysees. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Gem in the heart of Paris.”

my wife stayed here for new year 2018 and all we can say that we glad we choose to stay at this hotel. A boutique hotel, where you can feel the Parisian ambiance. Very quiet because its located on small street in Paris but close enough to walk to Champs Eylsees. the hotel is quite basic, but rather exclusive. the room was enough to accommodate 2 people but dont expect too much room for luggage etc. will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family who is planning to have a romantic quiet night with the loved ones.

Excellent location for shopping and sightseeing. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, nice and spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The lounge area is quite charming and they have a bar & paste ties service open all day long for guests that feels like a special treat.

Honeymoon Trip”

The stay at the hotel was great, but not perfect. While the location of the hotel is good, it still require a bit of walking and travelling to get to different metro stations. Also, if you are looking for a hotel that offers quiet sleeping environment, this hotel is not going to offer ypu that. Every night at 1 or 2am, there will be people yelling in the streets. I a. sure its because some bars are around in the area, but it is quite annoying if you can't sleep well.
