Perfect ! ”
The hotel was just perfect for us. The location, near city center and the train station, near the supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants… the room was perfect, very clean, the air conditioning was amazing, the bathroom is great. There’s a nice rooftop, we didn’t try it but it looked nice. We also didn’t have breakfast there. The only problem was that there was no washing machine, which was fine since there was a laundry place near the hotel.

This hotel is situated near the train station but really convenient for the tram service which is virtually outside the door. The rooms are small but exceptionally clean and well presented. Excellent restaurants nearby but the hotel food is also excellent. Great value for money in what can be an expensive city!

Just 1 tram stop to main train station. Very close to train station. Tram station on the left hand side of the hotel, must eat the hotel food, very yummy and 10%discount for guest

Met our Expectations”
Easy to get to by tram from the airport, the hotel was within walking distance of the sea and the main train station. Our room was small but clean, the breakfast plentiful, and the rooftop bar an added bonus. Staff were always very helpful.

Good hotel 5 minute walk from Nice railway station. Next to a Tram stop. Clean, smart, compact rooms. Ok breakfast, single room was by the lift which was a bit noisy. But I thought very good value, and smart rooms.

Although it is not exactly located on the most popular tourist attraction, it is well connected to public transport. There is a nice rooftop bar. Small but comfortable bed room.

The view from the room was lovely. The room itself was fine. Good bathroom, comfortable bed, nice little balcony. The staff in receptionen were polite and helpful, but there were queues and everything took time. Coronavirus regulations perhaps.

Great location right by the train station so that you can easily get to other destinations along the coast. About 20 minute walk from the old town/the beach. Really friendly staff who will help you with anything that you need and great buffet breakfast! Would stay again.

The location of this hotel is very convenience. Tram services is just 50m away for you to move around in the city center. Outside the hotel, there is a morning market (closed on Monday) which the local farmer will setup the stall to sell their crops (vege, fruits, nuts etc). Patisserie shop is easily available for your daily meal.

I would NOT stay at the hotel again. Location wise, this place is great as it’s right in the center or town and not far from shopping, old Nice and the main train station, but otherwise, everything else is a thumbs down. We had a double room, which was EXTREMELY tight. The bed was short, our feet hung off (which is weird because I am not that tall) and there was virtually no walking space throughout. The bathroom was even tighter, which was very uncomfortable. The room was dusty & since it was so tight the dust just lingered in the air - i would not suggest this place if you have allergies because my boyfriend was very triggered by the dust in the room. The girl in reception (I think her name is Kaitlin) wasn’t the friendliest either and made no effort to answer our questions in regards to how to get around/ getting on the train. I assume all hotels in this area are in this price range but this place isn’t worth it at all.

When we checked in we specifically asked and They told us we had breakfast included. However, the morning after they told us we had to pay and they they were extremely rude. They made me feel like a thief.

I do not recommend the hotel. We went to celebrate the end of the year. What we didn't like was: 1) Where the entrance to the hotel is, the main entrance they have closed off a space from the street and built a restaurant. Therefore when you arrive you have to go through the MIDDLE of ALL THE PEOPLE WHO ARE DINING. When we arrived they made us go in and out through the service door. Therefore, every time you enter and leave the hotel you have to go out through the service door because people are having lunch or dinner. Totally disgusting. 2) When we arrived they informed us that we had to pay a tax of €9 (we already knew this). The receptionist asks us if we wanted to make the payment at that moment or at the exit. We decided to do it on the way out. At the time of check out, they inform us that the rates had changed for 2023 and the rates were now €12 instead of €9. We complained because this had not been reported to us. We had a discussion with the receptionist because they wanted us to pay with the new prices and because they issued us A NEW invoice with the updated amount. 3) BATHROOM room: The bathroom with the shower does not have a screen or curtain, therefore when you shower you flood the entire bathroom because the water splashes outside the shower, the floor in the toilet gets wet and then you have to use the towels to dry the whole bathroom. 4) LIGHTING in the room: The lights in the room are very dim and for us girls who like to paint ourselves, we don't have good lighting in the bathroom or in the room. If you want to read you don't have good lighting either. 5) The receptionists can't speak English so it's very difficult to communicate. If you ask them something about the area, such as parking or how to get to "x" place, they don't understand you. This was horrible. 6) We left 2 coats at the hotel and until today I have not been able to get them back from the hotel. I have been talking almost every day with the hotel for 1 week so that they can send me

This hotel was perfect for us.. 5 min walk to the train station, 20 min walk to the beach. 25 min walk to the old town. Fantastic tram service. I'd recommend the multiple journey ticket, that is just €1 per journey.. I would highly recommend Le Bar du Coin for food..
