We didn't arrange for pick up service but the hotel was able to respond quickly after a call and promptly picked us up from Tateyama Station. Dinner was excellent and staff were friendly, explaining every item on the menu. The hotel is clean and spacious, the only downside is that the aircon is too warm for a comfortable night rest.

Good location for travelling to Teteyama”
Good location for travelling to Teteyama esp in early morning. The room air-conditioner is however not good enough. It only has warm air which is very hot and not able to change to cool air, except opening the window.

Big hotel, good view for onsen”
It's a big hotel. Public bath is big and has good view. We went there during winter which everything is closed. Staff is very helpful to pick us up and drop us at the station.

Very Clean hotel”
The hotel is very clean. The room is very spacious. I booked the room with dinner and breakfast was a great choice. Dinner was very good served dish by dish in traditional Japanese style. Breakfast is buffet. The public bath is very good especially the outdoor one. The hotel offers free shuttle bus to and from Tateyama Station, so it's a great choice if you want to go up the Kurobe Alpine route and visit snow corridor.

Most enjoyable stay in Japan in my whole life so far”
Best ever stay! Spacious room, free drinks, great set dinner by their master chef. The only hotels which allow early check in , heartened after a long journey! Staff was extremely friendly compared to hotels in tokyo where staff seems avoid serving English speaking customers but kind to own people. Picking and sending us to the station by hotel staff. 1st time to experience snowing during our November trip.

Strongly recommend to enjoy your dinner here!!! I really enjoy the dinner so much!!! The breakfast is nice with various choices as well. All the staffs are good and nice. Nice view from the outside hot-spring. The location of hotel is not far from Tateyama Station, however, you must make a phone call to hotel for shuttle service as you barely cannot walk to the hotel.

非常满意的一次行程”
房间非常宽敞，一泊两食的晚餐极为丰盛，大虾和牛白虾一道一道美食，两大一小全部含餐含床的套餐性价比卓越。温泉类似于国内的嬉水乐园，空间很大，有四五个按摩泡池，还有露天汤池。酒店还提供免费的休息厅可以喝免费饮料。

走十分钟就到滑雪场的温泉酒店”
滑雪场是全北陆最大360度的，到顶的话可以滑到另外一条村。酒店晚饭是自助的，海鲜很好很新鲜，希望你们去的时候注意日本习惯，别太闹。

每次来立山都住这里，位置非常好，滑雪场就在附近。温泉很大很多选择。晚上有时候还有推广演出，适合一家人。

去完立山黑部，從立山駅開車7分鐘車程，泊車方便.. 房間很大. 一泊两食，晚餐食唔飽，早餐很豐富.
