We stayed at the hotel only one night over new years eye and got fantastic service - especially from Sujan who went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much. Had a fantastic dinner at the teppanyaki restaurant with a great view, and was a pleasure for us and the kids to be able to borrow kimonos. Thank you so much!

This hotel has a special check in procedure for foreign visitors. All staff were great but Muniru, the assistant manager ,was the best !

The rooms are small cubicles, not recommended for long stays. No possiblity of sipping a coffee early in the morning, but staff very, very friendly

Stayed here for 2 nights. Travel to dotonbori/ universal studio by bus first then train (fastest) because the train station is farther than the bus stop (btw ofc can take taxi too). Hotel is oldies, in which I don't really like. Bathroom is super small, room size is okay. Sofa, tv is tiny, also don't know why bed frame is super low (maybe only half length of normal bed hotel frame). Pillow is one per person (+1 small sofa pillow). Not much decoration in the room, just a plain white wall, with mirror and table. Oldies and super simple. Bathroom looks like an airplane bathroom. Public bath and facilites mostly closed during my stay (12/31-1/2). Probably won't stay here again.

Very nice hotel near Juso station. Nothing to say in general, everything clean, nice breakfast, reasonable room size. Only point to mention is the hardness of the bed mattress.

This is a comfortable hotel with spacious room and good service. The decorations of the hotel looks a little bit outdated, but it is clean and comfortable. The location is good, just a few minutes from railway station (阪急電鐵）.There are many local restaurants, shops and drug stores in the neighbourhood, including 激安殿堂!

The room is spacious and comfortable, with a good view of river and beautiful view of Osaka. The neighborhood are full of local restaurants and stores.

Pleasant stay as location is ideal to travel to Kobe, Nara, Kyoto and Itami Osaka airport ”
Breakfast was average and ought to be improved overall. Certain cooked food items are a little salty. Usage of gym and swimming pool ought to be complimentary for hotel guests

We are a family of 6 who had travelled to Japan for the first time. The Hotel was welcoming, staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, food was excelent with both Japanese and Western food available for breakfast buffet. Would definitely go back anytime.
