We were there last February 3-11, 2020. For the Sapporo Snow Festival. The main Festival grounds (Odori Park) is just across the street. Food stalls and ice sculptures are right in front of the hotel. Very near the convenience stores. Very near the entrance to the underground shopping mall. The covered street shopping area is at the back. There is also a tram station that is very near. The best part is the airport shuttle bus will drop off and pick up passengers right in front of the hotel. And there is no need to make a reservation when going back to the airport...the bus will pick up its first passengers at the hotel. There is also a nice Italian bistro on the ground floor. The food is superbly delicious. On the downside, the room is small (which is very common among Japanese Hotels). But who cares, we were outside most of the time enjoying the beauty of Sapporo. Yearning to go back.

Very clean and good facilities. Good price / value for couple travel by choosing the slightly bigger room option! Odori park view! easy to access from JR station by walking the underground shopping mall, takes about 13min. we realised right at the hotel doorstep there is a direct bus to airport! what took me by surprise is here is toyota and nissan car rental companies just super nearby if u wish to rent a car! stay is good! Highly recommended.

Perfect location and comfortable stay!”
Perfect Location! Right in front of Odori Park, close to subway station (2 minutes), close to a convenience store and airport limousine bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Hotel is very clean and beds were comfortable. Stayed here for 3 days. Staff were all very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if ever we go back to sapporo!

Very convenient location”
Highly recommended!! Near the Odori Station, Exit number 3 (once you see Exit 3, take the one to the right). Also convenient as 2 bus companies (Chuo Bus and Hokuto) picks up passengers in front of the hotel going to and from the Chitose Domestic/International terminals for 1,100 yen each. Near the Odori attractions and Odori station is connected to the Pole Town (underground shopping district just like Namba Walk). Staff are courteous and accommodating.

A very good location, very near to Odori station and Odori Park and Sapporo TV tower. I will stay here again while in Sapporo.

Will be back. Price is reasonable for such convenient location. It's a 1 minute walk from Odori Station (West Exit 3). Odori Park is right opposite the hotel. My room wasn't facing the park though, but that didnt mind me at all. (Highly recommend if you're staying at Sapporo for winter illumination.)

Lovely hotel with the best view”
I’ve enjoyed my stay here thoroughly that I decided to book another two days upon returning from another town. I’ve also requested for the same room because the view of Odori Park from my room was awesome! The hotel is also very centralised! Also, it’s very clean and comfy with lovely aroma therapy (love the scent!). Thank you so much for helpful staffs at the counter too!

Excellent location just a few steps away from the subway exit 3 from Odori Station. Odori Park is right outside the hotel and a quick stroll brings you everywhere from the TV Tower, clock Tower, Tanukikoji, Sapporo Station. Highly recommended

Good location and good facility. The hotel is near the park and with easy access to the underground shopping area and subway. The hotel also offers onsen.

My other hotel fell through and I'm happy it did, this was SO MUCH better. Kind staff, fantastic location (i could see a parade from my window), and a nice cozy bed. Thank you!

The location is along Odori Park. It has a airport bus stop right in front of the hotel which makes it a very convenient location. There was also an onsen on the 14th floor - super! Will definitely come back

Good hotel, especially for the price”
Location was great - entrance to the subway is in the building beside the hotel, and airport bus stops in front of the entrance (S27). Breakfast spread did not disappoint. Front desk was always helpful with any queries as well. Lobby was quit spacious and did not feel cramped, especially in the mornings when everyone is downstairs. Only con would be minor cleanliness issues with two of our rooms. One still had a used towel when we checked in and a smelly shower curtain, although the staff remedied this instantly. Another room had a dusty carpet, which I only realized at the end of our stay, was what was triggering my allergies / non-stop sneezing at night. However, other than these, it was an overall good experience and I would still stay at this hotel.

Worth trying in Sapporo”
Located in vibrant street with Odori Park in front of the hotel. Bus from Chitose Airport also get off at this hotel. Excellent hotel with good facilities and friendly staff. Although room is small but clean and modern. Price: expensive

Perfect view of Odori Park”
Booked 2 rooms with a view of Odori Park. One room is almost half the size of the other even though I paid the same for each room. Other than that, room was facing Odori Park snowing outside. Perfect. Staff and hotel is great too. Will return next time.

Great Hotel Next to Odori Park”
The location is amazing. Close to the subway station with rooms that have views of Odori Park. I didn't try the restaurant attached, but it looked really good. This will be on my list of places to stay next time I visit Sapporo.
