The staff told us it's fine they'll cancel the booking as the facilities weren't as it appears on the photos. So we left and booked a more suitable place. They still deducted 5000 baht from my card and haven't replied. Very much a bad experience.

Rustic bungalows on the beach”
Simple rustic bamboo bungalows on the beach. Shared washrooms/showers were clean. Location is at the end of a string of beach bars. What really makes this place awesome is the amazing and friendly staff, and the most delicious food in their restaurant. Felt safe and calm.

Our two night stay was perfect. The location on the beach made things convenient to relax, and the owners were incredibly kind and helpful. This was a fantastic place to stay while in Lanta.

Very clean resort, great options for your free breakfast. The staff are so friendly, the cook makes great food, bungalows are clean, overall a very pleasant staff.

We really loved our time at A&J. The staff made you feel right at home from their service at the resto, to the housekeepers and lobby staff. We stayed in the bamboo bungalow and really enjoyed the sounds of the nature and waves at night! A bug net to keep you protected and a lock on the inside/outside. Lots of space on the veranda to hang your swimwear and towels:) the shared bathrooms were always clean and stocked with soaps and toilet paper. The breakfast included was so delicious! Tons of options, and eating right on the beach is an absolute joy. We wish we would stay here another 10 days! Thanks for the great service and hospitality. It was a easily one of our favourite stops in Thailand. :)

Located just by the beach, logistically in a good spot if you explore by scooter/car. The owner family is extremely helpful and very hospitable. No problems island vibe!

This little resort is managed by a lovely family that will treat you as part of them! We enjoyed every single day here, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the bamboo room are very nice also. They have a small kitchen where they cook the best dishes you can find in Koh Lanta. For every kind of requests they had a solution and this made our stay really amazing. The location is very good to explore the island by motorbike and enjoy the sunset every day. Thank you very much

I loved the family. Such nice guys. Mom & Dad are kind hearted and funny, Son is a handsome and great dude to be around. Rest of the staff is also very nice. Beach so beatiful. 3 min to next nice beach bar. Wow. Amazing holidays. I am in love!!!

Pros: Family and staff couldn’t do enough Very clean Beautiful and quiet beach with lovely restaurants and bars nearby Fun in rock pools Cons: Arriving at 1pm to find out tide was out and we could not swim till 6pm!

perfect island getaway that feels like home”
A small, family run business in a quiet location, but with everything you need just steps away. Our beachfront bungalow was literally 5m from the beach, with a beautiful view of the water, palms and sunset. Exceptionally clean room, clean towels and linen every day. Free water in the fridge, and a very modern and quiet air con. The lady who owns the place cooks everything herself in the open kitchen, and is the sweetest person ever. They rent out bikes (you’ll need one for tours around the island) and can book any tour you want for you, for a better price, with a pick up at the hotel. The sea is warm and wonderful, Just not perfect if you want to lay on the beach and swim the whole day, since it’s very stony during low tide. (Swimming no problem 12 pm-5pm). Kids might miss a pool. Just 50m away on the beach there are many restaurants and relaxed bars. No people or noise in front of the hotel though. We stayed 4 nights longer and felt like home. Would highly recommend!

We stayed in the huts (2 couples) and they are simple and basic but perfect. The wifi reached our rooms and the shared bathrooms and showers were cleaned constantly and stocked so you never had to worry about this being an issue. You are right at the beach so literally roll out of bed and head to the ocean for a swim in 1 minute. The staff are absolutely amazing- most don't speak much English but that didn't change anything! The food here is also some of the best we've eaten. We tried a few places along the beach but were always disappointed as it didn't compare to the cooking here. We liked it so much we extended our stay for an extra 10 days!! One of the best places we've stayed in Thailand.
