Very nice large bed, clean room, get a room on second floor, found snake on balcony. Did not tell girlfriend or we would have moved second floor or different hotel. Also chairs on balcony are a ergonomic disaster, back pain in the making, use room chairs. we stayed 7 days, this was our third time there.

Clean and beautiful place to relax”

We had a bungalow on the beach close to the water. Pros: •close to the water •Clean area • quiet and calm area • friendly staff • not that many tourists Cons: ° as it's close to the shore the waves are quite noisy at night ° breakfast could be better.

Beautiful swimming pool, old facilities”

We were unlucky to arrive in Koh Lanta in storm days. Because of peak season, hotels and even transportations were in huge demand. The room is a little bit old, staff helped to sepreate 1 big bed into 2 when we just checked in the room after long time car travel. Then we found the safy box can not be used, staff helped to repaired, it doesn't problem. The swimming pool is really beautiful and worth.

Comfortable stay”

Ocean view villa. Pros. Nicely presented with traditional Thai features. Tropical gardens. Near activities such as speed boat pickup for day trips. Quiet except when speed boats arriving for morning day trips and currently there are coastal construction works happening in the adjacent park. Can walk north along beach to other eateries, beach bars, etc. Large clean room with nice decore. King firm bed, cupboard space, small table and chairs, tv with decent selection of channels, room safe, good bright bathroom with separate tub and shower. Minimal toiletries. Sea view though pathway to Beach Bar and a hedge in front with deckchairs in front of the hedge. So not actually on beach. Good air con. Nice size pool possible to do short laps. Cons. Nice but prefer bungalow on beach or with clearer view. Silly paddlockas main lock on door. No sign to put on door re do not disturb/please make up room. Minor but can be inconvenient. Annoying Europeans taking over pool etc lol.

view from resort to beach was great”

loved the location close to bar fat turtle and restaurant we enjoyed the most. Kindee was excellent our favorite. pinto's and Patty's secret garden were also good. Enjoyed using scooters lots of fun since the island isn't that large. the breakfast was good and lots of choices. Room was nice we saw monkeys on the roof but the bed was very hard. luckily we were tired and the location was quiet amazing for all the people. Enjoyed very relaxing. maybe an older property but it had charm along with friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel”

Pros: big, light room, nice staff, amazing pool with beautiful view, good restaurant for lunch and dinner but breakfast was underwhelming Cons: not a great location but ok if you have money to spend on taxis

We're neutral about this place. Not the best nor the worst”

We spent 2 nights here. The front desk staff was kind, but nothing out of the ordinary. Our rooms were clean, and overall our stay was ok. I've now realized you can judge the quality of a hotel by the toiletries in the bathroom. This place used the "cheaper" method of using bath gel and shampoo dispensers inside the shower. They did include small bars of soap (other hotels don't either). The included breakfast was 4/5. Not amazing, but pretty good. YET, the restaurant staff all deserve a 1/5 stars. Out of the 3 meals we had there, the staff never actually did anything except check our "ticket" that we had breakfast included. There were 3 people in the restaurant, and none of them gave any service. They were either on their phone, or just sitting doing nothing. Literally. They didn't even bother to serve us coffee (we couldn't do it ourselves, but we had to). I literally took the coffee pot from the coffee station all the way to my table (the cups were on the table) all 3 meals.

Nice stay”

We enjoyed our stay. Only negative was the breakfast was poor selction & quality. Good coffee is a must. I am happy to pay for it! But it isnt available. So we just went out to breakfast and came back for a nice day at the beach and pool.

Fun relaxing vacation spot”

Spent 5 nights here. We only booked a tour one day and the rest we stayed around the hotel exploring the beach, relaxing under the umbrellas and swimming in the pool. The staff is so friendly and they helped answer all of our questions. It was nice returning to a clean room each evening. The shower head and pressure was not good, but that was our only room complaint. The view was great. Within walking distance from stores and restaurants even during low season. Our beach was clean but next to us the beach had so much trash. We even saw a dead sea turtle on shore, we believe he swallowed a straw. So sad. My advice is to swim in the ocean at sunset. Beautiful view!

A nice resort”

We are a group of 12adults and one toddler staying in 6 rooms for two nights in Lanta Casuarina Beach Resort, Koh Lanta. The resort has its own wide sandy beach and an average size swimming pool. Room size is sufficient equipped with necessary facilities. Rooms and the resort generally are clean though can be further improved. Breakfast is sufficient.

nice and quiet”

pros- very nice staff, infinity pool, better beach than others in north, big rooms, nice views. you can rent a small motorbike near the lanta gim for 150 baths. tuk tuk ride 50 baths each. cons- low season nearest amenities are closed and weather is no as good so beach can be dirty with waves. breakfast is basic but enough for what you pay and restaurant staff is very kind. we didn't go to the south because the weather was not nice so I can not write any tip.

Very nice resort ”

nice hotel overall. Nice infinity pool overlooking beach. Rooms are a good size, beds are hard and bathroom outdated & tile looks dirty. Restaurant is expensive and charges an extra tax and 7% service fee. Approx 10 min walk either way to find restaurants in the town.

Kusursuz”

The building is not quite new but well maintained and well designed to keep the heat out. Simple bathroom, all rooms did not have same quality of hot water! Excellent beds. Good breakfast served in a pleasant room. The restaurant for lunch/dinner by the beach is barely decorated but the food was excellent. Directly on the long and sandy beach, fantastic. Very pleasant swimming pool too. However far away from the street. A few traditional good restaurants can be found on the beach. We had a great time!

Best Pool at Long Beach”

It is a well managed hotel. The breakfast area has a nice pool/sea view. The hotel is not as remote to the village center than eg Lanta Sand Resort, where we also stayed. The pool and its setting is very picturesque. The pool chairs and their covers are rather old and are quickly reserved with towels. We havent had diner in the hotel. There a good places not far away like Mayas Restaurant with authentic thai food but also big burgers at the Secret Garden.

Great value for money”

Great location, right next to Long Beach, with a good quality and not too expensive restaurant overlooking the beach. Also within walking distance of a few restaurants, shops and a good coffee shop on the main road, where you can also find the KoHub coworking space. Nice, big room. The seaview would be better described as sea-facing as from the ground floor you can't see the sea, but you get a bit of breeze. The pool is a little small for people who want that, but there were plenty of sunbeds available facing out over the sea. Very pleasant stay and good value because of the location.

Relaxation at it's best ”

Quiet resort with a beautiful infinity pool and great beach out the front. Several great little restaurants on the beach. Turn right if you are facing the beach and walk about 50 m. Good breakfast with western and Asian choices, fruit, yoghurt, egg station and breads - choices a little less now it is getting quieter. Staff were friendly and he,Paul, some speaking good English. Rooms are large and have big showers with plenty of hot water. Beds are comfortable and a/c works well. Initially stayed 2 nights but returned for a second visit as we liked it so much.

Excellent Hotel for couples and family.”

We had an excellent stay at the Lanta Casuarina . I was travelling with 2 young kids and found the resort safe for kids. The restaurant staff are very friendly and make real efforts to look after guests. Staff are nice and polite. View from beachfront pool villa is really breathtaking. I would highly recommend the Casuarina - it was one of the best resorts I've ever stayed at.The beach is beautiful, the rooms were wonderful, and the staff was incredibly attentive.

Fantastic place,great staff,and good location,”

I was so pleasantly surprised how good this hotel was,I did try and cancel my booking after reading negative reviews but couldnt,how glad that i never canceled,it was just superb,location wasnt as bad as i expected,but you do need some sort of transport to get around,the pool was great and so,was the beach,dont take me wrong it wasn't a 4 or 5 star hotel,but for what i paid it was superb value,although I did get it at a bargain price,the room was big with sea and pool views and the staff were great,defiantly for me a 8 out of 10,the breakfast let it down and the pool area could do with a spruce up and the beach area could do with sum loungers,but I will defenetly will be returning....

Nice Hotel”

We liked this hotel and would stay there again. We were impressed with the bungalow we were given, right next to swimming pool also overlooking the beach. Friendly staff. Restaurant served a good selection of meals which were reasonably priced. Central location, which is good in Lanta as it is very spread out.

Loved it”

Staff are amazing- loves them all- especially Chaba! What a sweetheart! Loved the pool - never crowded, and the beach- can walk for miles. Good breakfast buffets and nice airy rooms. Get the sea view bungalows- they’re great!
