Loved this place!! Very large hotel! They had 2 pools - one was right at the beach and you could easily walk out and go eat at one of the many restaurants along the beach. The other pool was designated as the "Quiet Zone" pool, which was nice for relaxing at the end of the day. It's right across from a scooter rental, convenient store and a place where you can buy bus/ferry tickets. It was very kid friendly! Everyone who worked there was so kind and accommodating! We'd definitely be back!!

Amazing hotel”
Really enjoyed our stay, rooms really spacious pool good size. The gardens are just perfect really well looked after. All staff are friendly and happy. Breakfast is a good choice and the evening buffets are excellent value. The location is just perfect with a wonderful beach.

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. Got the water access room in the adult section. Very little people here due to covid. Sad. This place must be super fun when the whole thing is open. Pool bars water slides. Fun time. Beautiful landscapes. We had an amazing massage. Highly recommend

It was great for a 2 night stay. Right on the beach and cocktail happy hour was just great at sunset!

great location, beachfront and large rooms”
The location of this hotel was great. While the units and staff were great, very helpful and very friendly, the restaurant by the pool/ beach lacked atmosphere for the evening and was quite expensive in comparison to the restaurants along the beachfront. I ate there a couple of nights but then realised that the restaurants a few mins walk along the beach had more choice, atmosphere and better value for money. Opportunity wasted I think as the restaurant was mostly empty in the evenings. breakfast was plentiful although I note that a lot of Asian hotels add a lot of sugar to their fruit juices. The spa was also more expensive than the massages you could get very easily from outside. again another opportunity wasted if you want your residents to come to the spa then make it the same value for money as the massages in other establishments.

located in the alley, the hotel room is huge and with 3 big swimming pools. outside of the hotel, there r few restaurants around. but not very convenient to go to the main street without motorbikes.

Bathtub and TV cabinet”
The bathtub cannot drain the water and the door of cabinet has broken, it hard to open. Outside has a lot of mosquitoes, the pool not too large, the housekeeper is excellent. the room is clean.

Was traveling with my son, 13 years old. The stay was 5 nights. We were unlucky and got a room with bedbugs. My son had over 60 bite marks on his body. We demanded to change room. That was no problem at all. The staff helped us with moving to the new room. Something else, that could be improved, is the Wifi in the bedroom. Sometimes it was non-existent. Near the entrance door it was ok though. But you want to use the internet also when you are lying in the bed and not have to get up every time.

Great location, from our room short walk to the clean sea... Great beach, restaurant around are great for dinner. . Location of this hotel can't be better! Long beach with many restaurants and close to the shops - by tuk tuk about 10 minutes. Because we had access to the pool from the room, it happened that some night was noisy due to the undisciplined behavior of some drunken guests who did not observe the night time peace. The guard took several hours to arrange the order, but that was only problem, otherwise it was great stay... For the money.

Good hotel on a nice beach - some staff let it down”
We stayed here for 3 nights when it was very quiet - greeted by a very helpful staff member on the desk (sorry cant remember name!) We were shown to our room which was lovely and spacious, the bed was huge and super comfy, air con was superb, water pressure in the shower was pretty poor, and didn't seem to warm up at all! There was lots of choice at the breakfast which we helped ourselves to. The pool area was clean but the pool was very warm which wasn't that pleasant when you wanted to cool down from the heat! The restaurant next to the pool (by the beach) the staff were quite unhelpful and we were made to feel unwelcome, the food was extremely overpriced as well. The beach was fun and there are tiny crabs all over which was a pleasure to see! There are groundsmen always maintaining the gardens.The hotel is quite isolated, we hired a bike from a shop out front and explored the island which i would recommend doing! Overall I would stay here again but new staff need to be hired!
