An average hotel with BEDBUGS”
Although the staff were very kind, there were bedbugs in the bed which were totally unacceptable to me. Tried another room, also with bedbugs and matress not cleaned for a long time. Cleaning was very poor.

Big disappointment”
I was at this resort last Feb too, somehow I expected service and facilities have improved but unfortunately that did not happen. Villas are pretty much okay but everything else has gone down including breakfast, customer service etc. Looks like they try to save in costs but I would advise to improve breakfast quality, better english speaking personnel and so on. Most of the villas seemed to be without customers so expect they are struggling to keep business ongoing.

Not worth while resort”
Poor breakfast, poor customerservice, poor cleaning. On the top of everything member of staff was shooting monkeys in the middle of daylight in the backyard of my villa.

Disapointing hotel”
Minuses: aircon not working properly, poor breakfast (weakest ever), customerservice and customers missing and i dont wonder why

Perfect”
We stayed 2 weeks in this hotel with 4 children and the place is just top. the bangalows are clean and spacious. The bedding is excellent. The staff is courteous and smiling. I recommend the breakfast you will not be disappointed. Thank you to all the staff and I will come back with great pleasure.

Perfect location with a scooter! ”
You are right smack dab in the middle of Koh Lanta you can go south or north and be in totally different vibes. If you like to venture out each day this is the place for you. Evenings on Khlong Khong beach right across the street has a great reggae vibe. Pool is great- always warm yet refreshing. A beautiful Sunset view from the pool chair! Only con was the cleanliness. The place is beautiful but needs a deep clean. The amount of dust on the curtains and rods is disgusting. I laid in bed and looked up at it for 12 nights. The shower tile needs some TLC but all in all a short stay to a week is great . Staff are warm and friendly, food is delicious, pool is beautiful, beach a short walk, the place really is great!

Cozy and warm ”
Staffs are very friendly. Hotel is like family business. Clean, good shower, not far from the beach. very generous to give us extra time after and back from snorkeling.

Lovely stay ”
We really enjoyed our stay here, on arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a superior room. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We rented a moped for two days which was 500baht. We had breakfast included every morning, breakfast from a set menu! Lovely stay overall.

Not good value for money. Staff not helpful. Limited English. Poor lighting. Air conditioner inefficient. Shower doesn't drain well. Hard to control water temperature in shower. Breakfast is bad, mostly rice and noodles with cheap ham and hot dogs. Bathroom in separate NON AIR CONDITION room. Newer hotel does not mean better. They cut a lot of corners to save money. Better off elsewhere.

I just stayed here for 4 nights had a sea view villa which was very clean comfortable and spacious. although not on the beach not far to walk. The swimming pool was fantastic and very clean. Breakfast was included and was decent. Can hire scooters on site Would stay here again and recommend

Nice rooms and beautiful pool”
Nothing to complain about at all which is rare in Thailand. Was pleasantly surprised from check in to breakfast to ease of renting scooters and our boat ride back to phuket. Definitely recommend this hotel as well as Koh Lanta.

This is a new property. It’s all very clean and fresh. Rooms were cleaned each day. If you choose the standard room, it looks as though you’ll be in a duplex like villa/condo. As opposed to a stand alone villa. So you could definitely save some money if you don’t mind sharing one wall. Breakfast was decent. Staff was so nice and helpful. Helped us book tours and ferry. Basically for the same price as you would pay if you booked online. Much easier to go with them though As they call and organize and explain it to you. They had a wedding our last night on the property, so there was a lot of traffic and loud music. It didn’t go late and all guest were invited to the wedding (obligation maybe?) from 6pm-10pm. Location was pretty good. We rented a motor bike from them for about 50 B more than other places. But they did not make us leave our passport which was nice. There’s an amazing vegan/vegetarian place a couple minute walk from them that was INCREDIBLE.

Nice resort with extremely friendly staff”
Very good value for money. Nice, cozy and clean bungalows. Only negative is that even with all windows closed I had some mosquitoes inside every day (probably got in when the room was cleaned). Extra positive experience is the very friendly and helpful staff. Also bike rental is available on site.

Great staff/location/experience ”
My husband and I spend a lot of time looking through reviews of the best mid range places to stay. This has been our favorite so far on our 6 weeks in Thailand. The resort was VERY clean and the staff went above and beyond with service. The breakfast was perfect for us with many options complimentary. The pool was in a great location and a nice temperature and a short walk to one of the many beaches. There were many beach bars and restaurants nearby. We rented a scooter from the hotel and this was yet another exceptional experience. No passport required and it just so happened our back tire was flat and it was only 100 baht with no problems when we returned the scooter . The hotel arranged transportation and ferry to continue our trip. If you are looking for a great place for a middle budget look no further it was perfect.
