The hotel is nice and ideally located. But during my stay was a massive convention and the staff has not been able to manage the crowds. Long lines at check-in (35mins!) and not a single free seat to take breakfast in the morning... for a hotel of this standard and price level this is not acceptable.

Stayed 3 nights with a tour group. Room was on the 1st floor. Too noisy. Breakfast included and Wifi SUCKS ! Stayed 2 extra nights with Lounge access for €280/night. breakfast was much better but wifi still very very poor.

Spend the two days I stayed at the Meridien pretty much standing in line and talking to staff how to get basic stuff done. Not what you expect at that price

We have been booked the smart room with higher type; however, when we checked in they allocated standard room which is cheaper price; until we entered the room than realized that the room was different from what I originally booked; then I complaint, eventually they gave me the right room as I originally booked, without apology? We have to be smart!

There are not enough kettles to go round. The latch in the room is broken and not replaced. There is no isntruction that bottled water & kettle are on request. Had request the concierge to booked a taxi for airport but it was not done and if did not check with the concierge won't have known. Not advised where to have breakfast and the cost for breakfast. Upon arrival no one came forward to assist with the luggages. But hosuekeeping staff was very nice.

Nice service but inefficient”
All the staff is very gentle but only can apologies in front of repeated mistakes (issue with keys, mini bar empty and fridge without electricity, concierge who forget to follow up request) Moreover the laundry service is incredibly expensive almost 50$ to wash a suit 10$ for socks... no comment. Room service 40$ for a grilled chicken Last but not the least the airport pick up service costs 200$ for similar car as uber ... whereas uber is only 50$. Recommand the Hyatt just across the street with efficient service a reasonable price 1 third of the above mentionned price for the same or better quality.

Low staff performance. Notified upon arrival of dangerous broken fridge door and nothing was done to upgrade or repair the facility. all kinds of excuses yet the building and repair teams are on site and should have been able to fix or change this fridge in 4 minutes.
