Friendly staff, lovely room”
This is our first visit back to the hotel in nine years. We loved it then and it is even better now. The staff are all so friendly and the room was very high quality. The breakfast is fantastic too!

The hotel is located just a few minutes walking from the center. You have easy access to public transportation. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly.

Near to Mauritshuis (15mins walk) and other tourist spots. Or you can rent a bike from the hotel. Very near to Den Haag Central station (6mins walk), very convenient for people who bringing their suitcases. Also near to Chinatown, there is a variety of restaurants.

Great hotel near train stations”
This was my first time in The Hague. Mercure Hotel was fantastic. I had a long flight and arrived at 9am. I was able to check in early at no extra cost. I was given the option of a shower or bath, and I chose the latter. The room was big, clean and had all the necessities - shampoo, gel, lotion. I liked that the hotel was located walking distance to both train stations. I would definitely return.

Great location in city center. I reserved the standard double room. Nice layout and design, comfy bed. However, the room was warm, the air conditioning wasn’t able to cool down the room and there was a bit of grime in the bathtub and shower walls.

It was a pleasant visit from our team and we enjoyed ourselves a lot while staying at this hotel. Though the cost was a bit high it was ok at the time we traveled. I highly recommend others to stay at this hotel.

Blocks away from Den Haag station, location is perfect to sites, staff were very accommodating and kind! Love the room and the toilet and shower, so clean very classy!

Excellent location, friendly staff and good value”
This place couldn’t be more centrally located. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is no hotel parking; we paid €30 for 24 hours at the nearby Q Park. Breakfast was very good - but book in advance as it is €21 on the day. I would definitely use this place if I was visiting The Hague again.

full-service hotel in good location and at reasonable prices”
As its name indicates, the Mercure Hotel Den Haag Central is about 5 to 10 minutes on foot from the central train station. The hotel is in a district full of shops and restaurants and within easy walking distance of tourist attractions in the city. Access to Madurodam and Scheveningen is convenient on the tram. Because we arrived early, our room was not ready - so we left our luggage and returned in the evening. The hotel was full due to a convention, so we received a complimentary up-grade to a higher class. We were very happy! Our room had excellent proportions. We used the large flat-screen TV with international programming. We also used the pretty closet with safety-deposit box. We enjoyed the mini-bar and the courtesy coffee and tea. The bathroom amenities were nice as well. Everything seemed new. Staff members went out of their way to be courteous and friendly, and they were fluent in English. We enjoyed our short stay very much and would truly like to return!
