Central located and brand new hotel”
Hotel was pretty close to Kyoto station and Kyoto bus station. (Short walk from the Kyoto tower side). It is almost brand new and with reasonably sized room which is spacious for Japanese hotels. There were 3 of us and we could comfortably find space to open our luggage wide for packing. We also enjoyed the free coffee, tea n juices service from noon to midnight at the hotel restaurant. A good perk me up at the end of each day.

This hotel located at exit A3 (for Shiokoji St / Kyoto Cerema Bldg) from the food street (underground). If you come out from the Kyoto main station entrance facing the Kyoto Tower, the direction for this hotel will be in your right side behind Family Mart. Hotel signboard is placed at the street instead of the building. This is a Japanese Theme hotel. All the decor, furniture and electric item also in good quality. I love the shower gels and the shampoo. It was so great! Location is strategic. Only 1 min walk to the underground mall and 3 mins walk to Kyoto Station. I will look for this hotel again for my next visit! Thank you.

Convenient location, super clean.”
You walk out the front of Kyoto station and it’s 200 meters to the right. We went when Sakura started to blossom and they had charts in the lobby showing which areas in Kyoto were in bloom. The staff was very kind. Hotel seemed very new and clean.

The building is designed to provide the extraordinary Japanese hospitality place, where we believe you can experience view of the world of the special tea ceremony to Japan. Comfortable hotel with excellent location”
We loved every thing about this quaint Japanese-style hotel! Very convenient location just minutes away from Kyoto station, room was spacious (for Japan standards), clean and comfortable. The staff were also very professional and friendly, with a good command of English. We also loved the many amenities - there is a business lounge in the basement with free coffee/tea, even a laptop and printer for use. Overall fantastic hotel to serve as a base for exploring Kyoto.

So close to Kyoto station. Room size was decent for two. Interior was nicely kept. The reception team were really good and efficient. They helped us with all our queries. I’d gladly stay here again.

Excellent location, Good Service ”
This new hotel is literally a 5min walk from Kyoto Station. Family Mart is just round the corner, very convenient. We are very pleased with the triple sharing room as it’s spacious by Japanese standard. We were able to open our big luggages without any problem. The room is tastefully decorated and very clean. Bed is super single and comfortable. The room also has good seating space and table top space. The staff are courteous, helpful and English speaking. We got them to help courier our luggages to the next city and make restaurant reservations. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel!

Exceptional service ”
I changed to this hotel at the last moment , and am very glad that I did . Its location near Kyoto station is perfect for more extended exploration and there are some very good eateries within a short walking distance. Its a beautiful new hotel and the staff simply couldn't be nicer. Both my brother and I loved the relaxing quality of our room , it was always a pleasure to come home. A modern take then on classic Japanese living , and one we thoroughly recommend then. I'll stay there again happily !!

Close to Kyoto Station, Sleep Well”
5 mins walk from Kyoto Station, and room is small but cozy, the sanitary facility is well equipped. Bed comfortable, had a good sleep. Convenient stores and shops all around.

Unbeatable location but nothing else is outstanding”
Right beside the JR train station on a side street. Brand new hotel so you can expect spotless clean room but basic amenities. Room has no windows. Staff were professional and able to speak some English. Free coffee and tea in the lounge from 12pm to midnight. Breakfast is 1,944 yen per person tax included but selections are kinda limited. Basically you will pay high price for its location if convenience is something you're looking for. Personally I won't return to this hotel since there isn't much for value.

Location is good as a transport hub though there is not much around. 3-star hotel but it's brand new so room is squeaky clean. Would definitely recommend it if you need convenient public transport.

We liked our room with 3 individual beds but the walking space is limited and the toilet is very small. The free tea and coffee at the basement is nice.

Disappointing and below Premier standard ”
A very disappointing stay overall. We stayed in 2 other Mitsui garden hotels in Japan and for a Premier it was very disappointing as well as overpriced. We paid more for a lesser standard. The bedrooms are very small with no view, breakfast wasn't included, the spa was closed. The cleanliness for Japan was below standard.

The rooms are very clean and new. Next to the Kyoto station makes travelling around the city extremely easy. Would definitely stay again. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. There’s a lounge with drinks provided by hotel from 12-24 so that’s very nice (free)
