Awesome hotel!”
Stayed in this hotel for the second time during my recent visit again to Nagoya. Everything was pleasant. On touchdown, could easily hop onto the airport limousine bus, directly to the hotel. Conveniently located to the nearest subway station (this is important to me as a solo traveller!) Room was clean and kept in a pristine state. Many restaurant options too at the hotel. Would love to stay again at this hotel if I return to Nagoya for the third time!

Great Hotel with Great Staff and Service”
This hotel is amazing from the moment you arrive. The staff is helpful and professional and the facilitiesmare great. Everything is clean and the location is close to everything. I speak Japanese so comunication is very easy, but I have seem the staff help people who can’t speak much Japanese and they are amazing in helping those customers too!

The front desk staff and valet services were outstanding. More of them can understand and communicate in English. I think a big improvement from my last visit 5 years ago. convenient to shipping and eating places walking or by short cab rides. The quiet park across the street was useful for open-air down times. Also, room rates were reasonable. I booked two rooms for my family. Will return here on my next trip to Nagoya.

Old fashion but I like”
Big 4 to 5 stars hotel like those in the 90's, so expect big nice lobby and slighly bigger room, not the best shape in every corner but at this price, I would say good value and walking distance to JR as well as a few museums. I was driving and have free carpark as well,

If you cant speak Japanese, this hotel might not be a good choice for you. The staffs hardly speak English. I asked about how to go to the airport, they couldnt understand. I asked to help me read a name of a restaurant in Japanese and pin the location for me, they gave me wrong direction. Even though, they are helpful and polite but they hardly understand English.

The room I stayed was spacious and I had an amazing view. Love the buffet breakfast which was a mix of western and Japanese. Staff were attentive and understands me and my English. Its great for solo traveller or couples who prefer a little more than the others.

Excellent Location with free parking”
The hotel is located right opposite the airport bus stop and is super convenient especially when you're catching an early morning flight and do not want to take a taxi. The hotel also provides free parking which is very useful for us as we rented a car to tour the city. Overall the best value you can find.

This is a great hotel and staff a brilliant, helpful, polite and very friendly but professional as well.Rooms are a little older, but in fantastic condition and spotless. The reception received my online purchases and placed them in the room for my arrival and also arranged to ship my excess purchases back to Australia for me from the hotel. Very Very service

Good Value to Quality”
Free parking provided, although not close to city centre, various shops with around 5 to 10-minute walk available. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Recommended.
