Amazing hotel! Everything was perfect ”
Location is so central and walking distance to the train station. Very nice, clean room and comfy bed. Breakfast was great, so much choice of food. Overall, we had a lovely stay and couldn’t fault anything

Very nice hotel and great value for money. Rooms are large, clean and warm. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of choice. Staff were also extremely helpful and efficient. Would definitely stay again

The location is the plus. The facilities is great for the ones who enjoys history, If you want to find out the Rotterdam of 1940's this is the place for you. Honestly, the hotel serves the purpose, I will definitely go back.

The room had a terrace that was in a miserable state. Puddles of water, trash, cigarette butts collected in a plastic cups. Even if you didn’t want to use it as a terrace, the view wasn’t pleasant. The drain in the bathroom sink was mostly clogged. The room has no AC. Only great thing was the location.

Air Conditioning Did Not Work!”
Air conditioning did not work, and it was horribly warm there. My husband and I were there for our first anniversary trip. The staff was nice enough to give us a cake and some nice deco on my bed. However, the aircon wasn't working properly, and we couldn't sleep well. Plus we paid peak surcharge due to King's Day - we left Holland on a negative note. :(

Worst Attitude from Front Desk Staff”
A fat Lady called Hilda(or similar) without smile and even throw the room key to us instead of pass that with 2 hands. Definitely she need to be training for hospitality industry! 100% worth to visit if you like the feeling from PISS OFF!

Ok hotel”
Hotel was dated and had a musty smell. However, as I was travelling for work all I needed was a comfortable bed and good wifi. Both we excellent and I had a reasonably comfortable stay.
