Very nice hotel ”
We have 5 people to spend 1 night in this hotel. Clean with good location, there is a big parking and MacDonald very near by. Very nice and costy breakfast with 14 Euro pax.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean. Only breakfast options should be improved. There was nothing special for the breakfast. And we had the exact same food for 2 days which was quite boring.

Hotel location good as 5 minutes by taxi to railway station. Close to Maastricht centre. Not far by taxi to MECC concert hall. Room comfortable and spacious. Tea and coffee supplies in room.

Spacious room, clean, nearby bus stop (although the bus itself is not as frequent), affordable parking rate - could even free if you choose to park nearby McD! Overall pleasant experience and a recommended stay in Maastricht!

We had a nice stay at this hotel. Receptionist staff was nice, room is nice. The only thing that was lees nice is the breakfast options and the breakfast staff. But overall, it was a pleasant stay.

This time we booked the hotel for 1 night, X-mas Eve, including the breakfast. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, very standard assortiment, nothing special. Two coffee machines were broken, only one was operational and in front of it was a long que. Didn't get my coffee that morning.

Carpet in hotel room was disgraceful -covered in bleach stains as one entered the room. ”
Splashback in bathroom was dirty also. Reception said that upgrades were planned. But not good enough for a 4 star. Food ,bar and staff were excellent

Hotel looks modern but once in the room, towels are dirthy, the toilet doesn't flush, and the tv and airconditioner are all dated

Clean hotel with friendly staff, good breakfast. Blankets too heavy and thick, pillow too large and bulky. Rooms are good isolated against outside noise (traffic) but poor inside. The guests from apposite rooms woke me up when they talked during the night.

This hotel is a little tired and definitely needs updating- it was clean , the staff were helpful,the beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night-time, except for guests who arrived back late at night and were in high spirits ! The doors to each room allowed lots of sound to come from the corridor- such a shame as the rooms were well insulated from external sounds like the motorway which runs close-by.

Schönes Hotel, schönes Hotelzimmer, Preis-Leistung stimmt. Kann die ganze Aufregung und negative Bewertung wegen ein paar Flecken im Teppich nicht nachvollziehen. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, welches gut deutsch spricht. Zu Fuß ist man in 30 Min. mitten in der Stadt. Das einzige was wir etwas überteuert fanden, war das Frühstück für 19.90€. Es war zwar lecker und die Auswahl groß, aber es war nunmal nur ein Frühstück. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dieses Hotel wieder buchen.
