Old world hotel with just the right touch of modern amenities!”
I love this hotel, and will be back for a longer stay. Staff is fabulous and very helpful. The duck walk is a must for everybody, but get there no later than 10:15 to get a table in the front. The rooms are very clean, so is the entire hotel. Although it is more than a hundred years old it doesn't have a musky smell at all. I love the gift shop! The restaurant food is good, but a bit expensive. There are so many places within walking distance you won't have any trouble finding something nearby. Memphis is a beautiful place and I'm looking forward to spending time exploring the city more. I will stay at the Peabody..

Perfect place for a destination”
A beautiful hotel with tons of history. As soon as you step on the property you will realize you made the right choice in booking your stay here. The staff were kind, outgoing and efficient. The room was great with all the ammenities being clean and operational. My wife and children are still talking about the stay there and especially the duck walk. Loads of food and fun around the property with easy access. If you are in the area it would be a mistake not to stay here.

We loved our stay at the Peabody, Memphis. The staff was lovely, our room was scrumptious. We upgraded upon arrival to the club level which truly enhanced our stay. The breakfast was more than I had imagined it would be with made to order omelets, delicious pastries and more. Each evening there were hot hors d’oeuvres and open bar. Drinks were always at our disposal day and night. The staff on the club level were friendly, accommodating and made us feel at home. The hotels rich history and ambiance did not disappoint. The ducks were delightful, the hotel lobby does get very crowded with buses of people coming to watch the ducks parade from the fountain for the night but who wouldn’t want to see this adorable parade. Beale Street and restaurants are within easy walking distance the hotel is at prime location. I would stay here again and again.

Best Hotel..ever!!”
This is a beautiful hotel with amazing employees and fun shops and delicious restaurants as well as located within walking distance of so many sites and places. I had an amazing room and fun thoughtful amenities included: duck soap, duck designer toilet paper cover, terrific larger sized shampoo+++ included- which saved my hair from the unaccustomed humidity,-free amazing coffee in their little shop from 6-10 a.m...AND THE DUCK MARCH!!!!!! I actually loved the hotel so much it was hard for me to move away from it....so I will have to return and explore!! The staff is elegant, thoughtful, friendly and wants you to have the BEST VISIT!! Which I did!! (Missed their roof top party AND afternoon tea, but they have many lovely events...) My favorite hotel!! And that includes Europe as well!!!

Best hotel ever. ”
If you go to Memphis then you have to stay at The Peabody. We loved everything about this hotel (and Memphis). Perfect location, beautiful hotel, fabulous atmosphere and so full of history, staff amazingly friendly, professional and helpful. Our room was so lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was a little on the small side but was spotlessly clean. Thank you Peabody for the most wonderful memories.

Smooth check in, clean room &bathroom. Comfortable mattress & beautiful linens. It rained all day so we didn't venture out. Enjoyed lunch in the hotel restaurant, a swim in the indoor pool, drinks in the lobby, duck parade, & finished up with room service & a movie! My 7 year old felt like a king & was treated like one! Thanks to the Peabody for a fun day & night!

Exceptional experience ”
We were in Memphis for my daughters Sweet 16th Birthday. Not only did we have a wonderful time at one of the most prestigious hotels , the staff was the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel service have I have ever witnessed. Anything you need is handled immediately. The lobby is just beautiful and the ducks are too precious. Growing up and wanting to stay at the Peabody was never in my parents budget. I am glad my husband and I are fortunate to give our daughter such a wonderful weekend she will never forget. Thank you Peabody! Sincerely Renee’ Perrodin-Curtis

The Peabody Hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel architecture was incredible. The hotel staff were excellent and the cleanliness was exceptional. We could not believe our room when we saw it; we felt like royalty! It is ‘THE’ place to stay when in Memphis!

Moving daughter to college”
Driving our daughter to college from Phoenix to Nashville. After driving for over 20 hours in two days we decided to splurge on a hotel stay to the Peabody. Absolutely worth it! It was a mini last vacation as a family. The staff is very personable, informative and helpful. Had some difficulty checking in but that was on us and they were so patient. After watching the march of the ducks back up to their “penthouse” we went back to our room to gather some things before dinner when we were surprised to see a decadent cupcake waiting for us! Wow, what a nice touch to an already great stay! Hope to visit again soon.

What luxury!”
Lobby beyond beautiful, with perfect ambient lighting, helpful and gently effecient staff, excellent drinks. Room huge, lavish, with wonderful view of a great downtown and the river. We both felt stupid because some of the check-in instructions were given so quickly we had to literally write them down. Perhaps a simple handout of hours of this and that, what's happening locally if anything, and of course the ducks. Had to ask 3 people to get exact check-out time and missed the complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate and little breakfast goodies offered for a price. Otherwise, I look forward to doing this again! Thank you.

Brilliant Stay Excellent Hotel”
Unfortunately stayed only one night but the experience was top notch . The staff and the ambiance of the hotel can not be faulted.we arrived way to early but the staff did everything to help and within a few hours we had a magnificent upgraded suite at no extra cost . Get one of these if you can we had 901 which was just perfect. We discovered that we had left money credit cards and our passports in the room safe well after we had left . The security staff handled this with aplomb and within 24 hours we had all our valuables back with us via FedEx. Would highly recommend a stay you will not be disappointed.

Awesome Experience”
Not only is the Peabody super comfortable and clean, but its location is perfect for short 1 - 2 hour excursions away to take in the sights and experience the culture and people of Memphis. In addition, the entertainment provided by native Memphis musicians in the hotel lobby adds another authentic connection to the city and its historical roots. The Peabody is Memphis !!!

The Peabody is not just a hotel but rather an experience in history and tradition! The hotel and amenities are excellent as was our room and the staff! The hotel is within walking distance to Beale Street and other restaurants and points of interest. I highly suggest taking the trolley as it makes getting around downtown Memphis a breeze. All in all I would highly recommend the Peabody for your stay as it is well worth the money and the experience you will receive in return.

We enjoyed our stay, the services provided and the location to nearby shops, restaurants and bars. The nightlife on Beale St. was so much fun! Great restaurants within walking distance. Great tourist sites in Memphis too! We booked the hotel through Agoda.com, this was a first and it worked just fine. Pleasant experience overall. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

I only stayed for one night and wanted to savor every moment. My father who I was traveling with stayed at the Peabody 50 years ago and said it hasn't changed a bit. That is a compliment to it's old world elegance and modern comfort. Do not just go to sleep enjoy the bar, the restaurants and gift shops.

Delightful!”
This was the perfect location, convenient to virtually everything we wanted to see. Three of us traveled together and found this a perfect place to relax and refresh between sightseeing as well as a delightful place to sit and visit in their homey lobby in between excursions. The Peabody ducks were fun and we didn’t tire of watching their daily marches. The restaurants were excellent as well!

The Peabody absolutely exceeded expectations. The staff was friendly, gracious and on top of everything! The accommodations were amazing...the rooms were large and luxurious and the food delicious. The pianist in the lobby in the evening was perfect. Loved the duck parade and the entire ambiance! Paige at the front desk is phenomenal and we ran into Jack Belz on our way out. Such a gentleman!!! Once in a lifetime experience. Thank you, Peabody and the Belz family!

We enjoyed our stay at The Peabody, it is beautiful, clean and a very kind attentive staff. The Peabody is in a great location near Beale Street and an Uber ride to many attractions. I would highly recommend Peabody to everyone, we will definitely visit again.

Checked off the bucket list!”
Absolutely such an experience; from the hotel's history and luxurious decor, it was amazing. In the gorgeous lobby one night we sat and just enjoyed a nightcap with the piano playing softly. Also the ducks did not disappoint! What a show and got to see them at their two different times of day! Breakfast in the dining room was so wonderful and our room had the most comfy bed and pillows---I have never slept on such fluffy pillows! It was an experience and would recommend that everyone experience it at least once!

We were treated so well by the staff! The hotel is so beautiful. We saw the duck's march out of the fountain at 5:00 p.m. EVERYONE enjoyed it! The food in the Cappriccio Grill was delicous! The staff at the restaurant were especially nice! I told my children I am moving in to the Peabody when I retire and spending their inheritance! 😊
