You get what you pay for ”
Travelled as a group 2 couples. To begin with the hotel isn't labelled in any way and due to this was really hard to find. We checked in a little early and was told there wasn't two rooms on the same floor and we should have requested it in the special requests but even then we weren't guaranteed but was told 100% there wasn't any rooms on the same floor. When it came to locking our room the internal lock would only turn a little I tired then my partner and the lock stopped turning all together. Advised reception and they advised they would get in touch with the manager 30minutes later I had to return to reception to chase what was happening the manager had told the unfortunate person on reception to fix it! There was no way she was fixing it and came up to the room with the manager on video call I showed them both that the lock did not turn and could not be fixed by the receptionist and would certainly need a maintenance person. The manager finally said we could move rooms right into next door! After we were told there wasn't any rooms on the 2nd floor together. The 2nd room was smaller however the lock worked and we were tired. Come to day 2 and the other couples safe stopped working and got an error message, the person on reception came and unlocked it with the master key and said it needed new batteries but kept asking for the code not sure why. They ended up using our safe as they didn't feel like it was secure in their room any more after the receptionist kept asking for the code they used. On day 2 the lift also broke it didn't particularly sound great the first time we got in (one room was on the 2nd floor the other room was on the ground floor). The stairs are really steep. Theres nothing else in the hotel its just rooms and a reception. We used the baggage storage when we left as we checked out at 11 but didn't leave until 6pm this was handy. All in all we didn't pay that much per couple for 3 nights but i think next time I would pay the extra to stay s

The photo of room I reserve is completely different,very small and narrow room, dirty bathroom with insects ,we have to be out of room before 9 am for cleaning the room..the stuff is not Collaborators they can’t take any resolution without calling the manager and he’s not in the same country as they said to us .. 👎👎

Easy option ”
Small hotel in the heart of Amsterdam only a few minutes walk to Central station. Definitely right in the tourist district, great if that’s your thing, super busy with lots of people around. My preferences is to stay a little out in a quieter more “authentic” local neighbourhood, but this was great for an overnight stay before catching an early flight. Room small, but adequate and clean and tidy.

Decent Hotel - Amsterdam Central”
The hotel is located 500m from the AMS Central and access to all the local foodies and joints. This hotel is only for Solo, Couple travelers and would not recommend for families. The city facing rooms are good which is Queen bed and would not recommend for Twin bed rooms as its too small compared to other hotel that i have stayed. The room does not have minibar, Iron facilities, Intercom. Overall if you are not a fussy traveler you can choose this hotel . The staff at the Reception was very friendly and helpful.

Decent Hotel near Amsterdam Central”
The hotel is located near the central station and local markets. This hotel is designed to for solo and couple traveler and would not recommend for families. The staff at the Reception was knowledgeable and helped us in local tour guides. Initially we took twin room which does not have any view and very small for the price we paid and then the next day we shifted to city view room which was much better. The hotel does not have intercom, minibar. Tips to travelers - Please carry the European converter plug as some time the hotel has shortage and hard to find one near the hotel. Do not take the twin room on the ground floor as it's smaller than other rooms. If you are lucky enough request for city view rooms and based on availability the staff accommodate your request.

The hotel was well located, clean, modern design, with lots of amenities. Comfy and big size bed with good pillows. Sound proof system is better than we expected. You don’t hear any sounds from outside or neighbors. Overall, thank you for the great experience. I’ll definitely come back!

Nice room, nice location, but small.”
The room seemed newly renovated, and everything was clean. However, the room and bathroom are quite small, and the lighting is fairly dim. It was fine for me, but my wife had some difficulty applying her makeup. The staff were friendly and there’s a lift, so there wasn’t a struggle to carry our luggage up any stairs. We spent most of our time exploring Amsterdam, so it’s a fine enough place to stay.
