Huoneet oikein viihtyisiä ja "takapihan" omassa pienessä uima-altaassa oli mukava pulahtaa virkistäytymässä."Takapihan" terassilta puuttuivat kalusteet,mutta siirsimme sisältä tuolit ulos niin sekin asia korjaantui.Aamupala oli normi perustasoa,munanpaistajat,hedelmät sun muut löytyivät.Allas baarista sai maukaista ruokaa ja pikku naposteltavaa.Henkilökunta oli erittäin palvelualtista ja ystävällistä.

The hotel has excellent facilities with great staff. Tours are highly recommended and the restaurant is very good.

advise you to rent a car if you stay here. pool bar is close. opposite hotel have a restaurant open until 10pm only. full house every night room is big, but phone in room cannot call out.

Welcome was heart hearted, showed us to our room by unlocking the door and walking off no words or anything. The huge spa bath had no hot water or even warm water. The bedroom was musty and dark, the outdoor private plunge pool was so dirty we didn't go in it and the main pool was filthy and looked closed the whole time we were there. Paid extra for 'deluxe' yet none of the additional deluxe features were up to scratch . Shame really , stayed in much cheaper places that were a better standard . The restaurant accross the road is top notch

Rooms are extremely dated and dilapidated. Panels are falling off the walls and bathtub, so the ground outside was exposed. Woke up to dead cockroaches in room every morning, and had to kill many live cockroaches. The staff were unwelcoming and indifferent. We asked to change rooms, but the next room had broken aircon. I understand enough Thai to know that the staff were then mocking us and laughing at us, which is extremely rude. They gave me a faulty, dangerous motorbike to rent. Instead I hired a new one from a shop up the road. The hotel is in a very awkward place, you have to walk through dark back roads and then through other resorts to get to the beach. There is not much nearby the hotel. The staff are rarely there, the bar is unmanned and the entire resort is in a state of disarray. There are so many other resorts to stay on Koh Lanta for far cheaper that are on the various beaches. I would never stay in this place again.

Very run down,Rooms and hotel (definately an exaggeration to say spa) have not been maintained or had a good clean in a long time by it's appearance, rust and bugs in bath on arrival. Heavy rust dripping down inside of toilet bowl.Bath and Shower has calcified nozzles so spray in every direction except on you. The bath itself would'nt turn on - could only fill bath by using the removable tap (which I assume should be to rinse hair) Windows very dirty on inside. Mattress on bed poor quality as you sink in as soon as you get in. We swapped rooms as the quality was so poor in first room and second room was just as bad. No concierge as advertised to help with bags, minibar options in room not fully stocked which made us worry they would try charge us for the items that weren't present on arrival (compared with the list next to fridge). No bathrobes as advertised. No information in the room whatsover about the hotel except for the mini bar list. No value for money. The gym equipment was rusted and not isable. Bugs!! If I could give hotel a zero I would. Not relaxing at all! Look elsewhere!

8 min walk to beach 15 min to restaurants not clean to good we stay 4 days only change towels come people for learning diving in the pool evry day need motorbike if you stay here

VERY rundown”
If you need to stay close to the pier it's ok. We payed a very low price thru agoda. If we hadn't I would have asked for our money back. It's an extremely rundown resort type hotel. It's easy to travel a bit down the coast at get better value for money.

The private pool in the room needs to be maintained Everyday. The staff should help to maintain the quietness and environment of the place as people were shouting loudly at night and the staff did not stop them.

We arrived after a 24 hour travel and had to wait over 2 1/2 hour till we could go into our room. The room could be better cleaned: There was a lot of dust, TV program had no german spoken channels. Breakfast is good. Overall I would give 3 stars for this ressort.
