Excellent hotel, excellent service, excellent restaurant (Bazaar) highly recommended. Zesty food, excellent breakfast, spacious rooms, coffee and tea, fridge , comfy beds, good size toilet and shower. well equipped gym, wonderful swimming pool, great location opposite terminal 3.

Money deposit (50€ per person and by your credit card) when you check-in is quite annoying because you cannot get your money back before at least 3 weeks if you don't use it and if you are not from Europe.... I would have preferred to deposit cash but it was not accepted. We should have that choice...

This is a very nice property and has great amenities. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are large and quite clean, although the carpet was a bit stained. The location is very good as it's a very short walk to the train station to downtown Paris. Overall it's a good choice.

Great Offering, Great Location”
I had a long layover in Paris. Booked an overnight stay here. Great value for the money. Located right outside of the Arport Roissy train station. 100 feet walk. Breakfast great. Great value. Worth more. My only issus were the stains in the carpet in the room and there was a Parisian man who was allowed to jump in front of a line full of people waiting to check in. He should have been told to wait in line like the rest of us to be serviced. Other than that, no complaints. Very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water, which made for a lovely shower.

Close to the exibition hall .close to the airport Far from the city centre, you need to calculate 1 hour to reach the centre of Paris. On the other hand,the subway is just 2 minutes walking from the hotel.

Pullman is my favorite choice for CDG airport. Excellent location opposite terminal 3 and 60 meter from bus station to Paris. Nice gym, pool. Restaurant Bazaar serves delicious food. I Highly recommend Pullman hotel.

Hotel was great and a must for spa lovers like ourselves. Given its location, there are very limited places to eat etc nearby unless you want to eat in the hotel itself or airport or other hotels. But you are a 1 minute walk away from terminal 3 and can get a free shuttle to the other terminals where the train station is. There is an m&s food just inside the airport terminal (a 2 min walk from hotel). Only dissatisfaction was staff promised me the £300 deposit they took at the start would go straight back onto my bank card… it did not and took 48 hours.

Airport hotel - low expectations ”
The hotel is fine but the staff really need to improve. We checked in late after driving 7 hours in the rain, and the staff was clearly not interested in helping us more than what her duties called for. Just a smile would have been nice, but that was clearly beyond the employee's bored and blank expression. Empathy would have clearly been too much to ask for ...

What can you do, it's an airport hotel ”
Why is it that the rating of airport hotels is always one star above what they offer. As far as airport hotels go, this one serves its purpose. As a resort or a city hotel, it would go bankrupt in a few weeks.

Good location ”
This is at the terminal 3 exit and just across the street from the train between terminals. It was clean and staff spoke good english and were efficient.

You have to pay for early check-in”
Although their room was available, they made me pay per hour rate for earlier check-in. There were other issues with the room: Coffee machine didn't work (and it's not a Nespresso machine as they advertise) and the sink was leaking.
