if you want to stay overnight this hotel would fit you because it's situated near the center and Amsterdam Centraal. But if you are looking for a hotel to accommodate you more days, I would not recommend it.

i have no complaints , the room was basic , but you get what yo pay for . The location is great very central . i would definitley stay again

Small quaint room for a quick weekend”

Place has a lot of potential if only facilities are improved”

The only advantage I can think of was that it was located very close to Centraal which was quite convenient if you’re traveling to Amsterdam by train. Other than the posh looking foyer, the rooms smells damp and mouldy. We had to get a linen spray just so we can get rid of this smell. Rooms has a lot of potential if only they improved a little bit on cleanliness and maybe improved the bedding facilities

The male staff who work in the evening is fine, but it could be better for its mornng to afternoon staff. Location wise is ok, cleanliness of room and toilet is ok.

This hotel and Agoda does not coordinate very much. We booked a room with own toilet in Agoda but on their end what we booked was just a normal room with common toilet on the floor. The receptionist said he can book us a room on their other hotel but the location was far from Amsterdam Centrale, so we decided to stay the night. Does not feel so much of a hotel so do nit expect too much. Room does not look clean too and looks very old. Elevator was really slow and the receptionist will warn you about it though, if you don't have a luggage with you just take the stairs.

Worst hotel, avoid it!!!”

Worst hotel ever: 1)located at noisy lane, can hear people talking from hotel room even late at night 2)dirty, old hotel with dirty, old furniture 3)mattresses sank in with no support 4) lousy and rude reception manager called Michaela who did not bother to help me to check my booking (through Agoda which made my booking through booking.com) when I informed her that my booking was quad room on lower floor with shower instead of quad room on upper floor with shared shower. On hotel signboard, they are 1 star. They deserve no star. Instead, they should be given negative star. In my review, i have no choice but to give at least 1 star to submit the review. For 368 euro 2 nights, it is not cheap compared to other European cities. Avoid it at all cost!!!

They dont have elevator. Stair is too narrow that I hardly brought up and down my luggages. Location is very near the central station though.

the best thing about this hotel is the location, very centrally located. i can walk to train station, tram, and shopping streets, museum, etc. all by foot. i will recommend this to a friend.

Economy?”

They promote it as "shared facilities" but there is one WC for an entire floor and no shower. I never did find the shower but would not be surprised if there was a single shower for the entire hotel. To call it a hotel is grossly misleading. It is a hostel. AWFUL.

Close proximity to the station”

The main station was a couple of footsteps away; I enjoyed being so close to all the activities. Shopping areas were just across several canals and the famous district too.

Disgracrful Place”

Words fail me when trying to describe this property. At first they tried to put us in a basement room with an extremely small gap of light. Rooms are not serviced daily and are in very poor condition. Bathroom was a joke and unable to sit properly on toilet because of cramped condition. A backpacker hostel would have been better value.
