Amazing HOTEL and LOCATION”
We went me and my wife for 5 days, we heard a lot of bad reviews about the hotels in Paris, however, when we entered Rochester we were so happy that we made this choice. The rooms are cozy and beautiful (wish it had a bigger space for our luggage ----- My wife over packs). Everything was neat and the service is perfect from accommodation to helping out in your trip as they recommended a lot of great places to visit around the city. Thank you Rochester and will sure hope to visit again. I recommend it for anyone.

Excellent Hotel”
We booked a Jr. suite. Its two separate rooms actually. Very good amount of space in both. The hotel is in an excellent location walking distance to most popular sites in Paris. Exceptional Staff and breakfast

A Great Small Hotel”
This place, selected from the reservation platform listings which can never tell the whole story, exceeded our expectations. Coming to Paris in low season for one week, we stayed in an impeccably finished top floor suite, a very quiet place with a lovely view of roofs of the trendy 8th district. Located a walking distance to many attractions, the hotel offers a wonderful breakfast well past the usual breakfast time.

Amazing hotel ”
We upgraded by calling before we arrived and the room was breathtaking. The staff was beyond friendly and went out of their way for guests. They have an amazing gym and spa that you can rent for yourself for a whole hour. The breakfast was truly incredible as well. I can’t wait to go back!

Was at Paris for 9 days and this is the second hotel we stayed before leaving the city, when we are already tire out towards the end of our holiday. Our room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds, staffs are friendly and helpful assisting us with what's nearby, booking of hotel facilities, booking of airport transport and carrying our super heavy luggage. There is 2 metro station nearby depending where you're heading to, great location.

The Rochester Champ Elysees Hotel is in a great location in Paris. most of the major sites are within 25-30 minutes walking distance which is great because there are some many shops you can see on your way to different places. Right around the corner is the train station that can take you anywhere in the city and well to the airport. As for the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there. The rooms are a great size compared to the other hotels in Paris and the staff is amazing. We didn’t have any bad experiences at the hotel. -Mr.Brunson

Best stay during my visit in Paris ”
Love the staffs here! They are helpful and friendly! Front desk helped me to trace PCR result as I can’t speak French. They worth more than 5 stars for their service. They are always ready to help every time we pass-by the front desk , they will greet us and ask if they can help us with any. Room service is fast too! Breakfast served until 1.30pm! That’s lovely to have enough rest and enjoy breakfast anytime! Definitely return to this hotel if I ever visit Paris again!

Central location& helpful staff”
Hotel is v central within walking distance to cafes , shops, supermkts and the Champs Elysees. Rooms r v clean, yet small (which is a Paris norm) we booked a privilege room. The room had bathrobes, slippers, coffee/tea maker and a mini bar. We even asked for an iron and got one for the entire stay. The staff at Concierge Dominique &:Patrice and another young chap were always cheerful & helpful, booking transportation, tours and giving good advice on Paris during the strike. The only drawback was that our room was cold and the wall fitted heater was not effective but this was immediately resolved and the staff brought us a movable heater, that kept our room warm. The cupboards are small so don't take too many clothes

Lovely boutique hotel”
The photos on the hotel website is very close to the real thing. What you see is what you get. The buffet breakfast was better than I expected. I just love every detail of the hotel. It's only about a few minutes walk down to Champs Elysees and 20 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. Only disappointment was the gym is now under renovation until April. It is neither mentioned on agoda nor on the hotel website. Having a gym was actually one of my search criteria. Otherwise the stay was awesome and I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is my second time staying at the hotel. Feel safe to keep my things in the hotel and the friendly concierge is a big plus. The bell boys were very helpful and polite. The rooms are very well maintained and clean. Most important is the genuine attitude to treat the guests well. I spent 16 nights in France since early July staying 5 stars and 4 stars hotels. Rochester Champs Elysees is the best in terms of cleanliness and safety. This is my second visit. The first stay was 7yrs ago and the service is still as good as before. Thank you for the services. I would highly recommend friends to stay there.

With the great location, friendly staff and comfortable room, it’s a nice hotel. The hotel is near to the metro about 1-minute walk. Also, there are lots of restaurants, pharmacies and shopping areas nearby.

Great hotel but minimal improvements from prior stay”
I stayed here one year prior, and did not see much of an improvement to the things that I thought to be shortfalls. The bar is not open until 5 PM each day so you cannot even sit and have a drink between appointments which effectively renders it useless. The rooms are very cosy and super clean which is why I opted to stay here again. The staff however are not so friendly and you don't necessarily feel that welcome in the hotel. The amenities are nice for a small hotel. I did not like that the hotel asked me to sign a form acknowledging that if I was late checking out I would need to pay 50% of a full night's stay, and they insisted that I sign it at check-in. I feel that this is too high and it adds to the complexity of booking this hotel - you can only book 2 nights as a minimum unless it is right before checking in (at which point the nightly rate is jacked up). Unfortunately, this is likely to be my last visit to the Hotel Rochester (I'm sure I can find better value elsewhere).

Location is great! Service is not.”
The location is great! It's a few minutes walk from Champs Elysees and is very near a grocery store, a boulangerie, a pharmacy, a Starbucks, and a lot of restaurants. The hotel rooms are big for Paris and are very clean and new. My only complaint is the staff, a couple were a bit racist (we're Asians) and were snobby about it. Only one person at the concierge was actually very nice and helped us sincerely. The rest of them...well let's just say, I asked them to help me out with reserving some restaurants and they could only get me in one. But then when I called the restaurants myself, I was able to get the reservations. I'm not sure if they even tried? But as long as you minimize interaction with the staff, it's a good hotel!
