One of the best”
Not exaggerating but I feel like this hotel has it all. A spacious room, a central location — same building it shares with a shopping mall that has the familiar shops and lots of F&B options and a direct link way to the Tenjin underground shopping district. The baby cot was decent and comfortable, even for my usually fussy baby. Service was consistently good; they allowed us to have an early check-in at 2pm, seeing that we had children with us. Friendly smiles, and luggage already sent to our room — this kind of service we did not encounter at the other hotel we stayed in for the same trip. As a young family I’d choose this hotel for its accessibility; as a person I’d choose this hotel given my penchant for window shopping. If I had to nitpick it’d be the absence of a coin laundry service!

Me and my family (six people in total, including two young kids and two elderly) had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Actually, even before I arrived the hotel, I was already impressed by the helpfulness and responsiveness of the staff who answered my queries through multiple emails exchange. What was even more impressive to me was on my arrival date. The hotel staff helped me to resolve a problem which was caused by my carelessness (due to limitation of words here, I do not tell the full story). This was one of the BEST customer services that I have ever had so far! And i was so grateful that I sent a thank you letter to the hotel to appreciate the staff who helped me on this! Other than the excellent customer service, the very convenient location and the decent environment of the hotel all made my stay in Fukuoka being very enjoyable. I have no hesitation to recommend Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Fukuoka to anyone who plans to visit Fukuoka!

Good hotel with value for money”
Excellent location just is located at Solaria Plaza (the top of the Tenjin Highway Bus Terminal and Tenjin Subway Station). It is right at the heart of the mall and close to many eateries. Excellent place and hotel are all you need to enjoy your holiday. New and modern hotel. Room is clean, great and big bathroom. Polite and helpful front staffs. Good value for the price. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel with valuable price”
I stayed here for 4 nights. We stayed in a double bed room and requested for a bed guard. The room is big enough for my family with 2 kids (2 and 4 years old). I love the room design, it's modern with a long couch. The bathroom is nice and the water temperature keep consistence all the way. The room also provides air purifier and capsule coffee. The room allows me to open 2x 30" luggages for packing. The hotel located above a big shopping mall and just next to the station. You don't have to worry nothing to visit and eat all the time. We have a great time here and definitely will choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel is really close to the station, which makes it easy to navigate the city. Also, there is a tourist information booth on the 1st floor of the building if you need help in transportation concerns. If you get lazy, there are shopping areas close-by as well as a lot of food options usually located at the basement floors. The room in itself is very updated with a mid-century modern theme full of wooden and clean finishes, but still incorporating Japanese design, with the subtle paper cranes in the bathroom and sliding doors. While the room may be small, it utilised the space by using sliding doors in the closet and the bathroom. Overall, it is a comfortable hotel and may not be the most cost-friendly option for travellers. But if you are sensitive to the location of where you are staying, especially when travelling with the elderly, this is a great option. Also note that checkout time is 11am, but you can leave your luggage to the concierge while waiting for your flight.

Great Hotel & Staff”
Solaria Nishitetsu was such a good choice. Went to Fukuoka with 12 other girlfriends and we all had a good time. Location is great for shopping, eating and the train station is right below. Actually, even my booking experience was great. The staff, particularly Arisa san was so very helpful, with just anything that we needed. Upon arrival, everything we requested was arranged well. From arrival to departure, we were treated well. couldn't complain.

Amazing”
We are a family of 10 and stayed here for 7 days over the Christmas Holidays! The hotel, staff and service was great! And the location was just awesome! It’s connected to the train, many great shopping areas (solaria plaza, mitsukoshi, bic camera, etc) and restaurants (ichiran, ikinari, gyukaku and manny other delicious local establishments). Will definitely stay here again.

Very clean hotel. Rooms are typical Japanese and small, but the bathroom is much larger than most. The shower and bathtub were a pleasant surprise! Parking was 1500 yen a day which was reasonable compared to the area.

Smack in the middle of everything, the location and relatively low price is just GREAT. AT the bus terminal, a VERY SHORT walking distance from a number of subway and bus stops... you can also walk to and from a bunch of places. EASY to find coming back from a late-night binge.

Located at the center of Tenjin right above bus terminal and shopping plaza. Close to pretty much everything. Very clean, friendly staff and bathroom was spacious compared to mosy Japanese hotels. Definitely recommend.

Top Notch hotel”
Amazing hotel and one of my best experiences of a hotel globally. It's up there with the Ritz Carlton, Steigenberger in Germany, and 5 star boutique hotels in the US. Highly recommend. The staff was a bit still but we enjoyed ourselves and the view.

Great hotel and location! The twin bed room we stayed is big when comparing with a similar room in Japan. We had a poor wifi connection on the first night as it just kept disconnecting. The hotel staff was eager to help but couldn’t manage to fix the problem. However we all appreciated his sincere help! Fortunately, we had great wifi on the subsequent days. I believe the hotel do follow up with the problem. We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and enjoyed being there so much, especially when we were relaxing ourselves in the bathtub in the room! Definitely this hotel will be my top choice when we are on holiday in Fukuoka again!! The hotel will be perfect if they have coin laundry facilities. Maybe I’m asking too much.

due to a flight delay because of typhoon, we had to stay in Fukuoka for one more day. location is excellent esp for bad weathers. you even don’t need to bring umbrellas as the malls nearby and underground streets are all connected. definitely will come back next time. friendly staff. cozy room. nice!

Awesome Hotel”
This is our second time to stay in this hotel for Christmas. We stayed for 7 nights and we are a group of 10. Great location (connected to the train and bus stations) surrounded by a lot of shops, restaurants and cafes! Staff are super helpful and friendly as well. Rooms are also very clean and more spacious than typical hotels in Japan.

Awesome location and comfortable room for a family of four”
The location was awesome as it was connected to a mall. There’s parking in the basement for those who intend to drive. The bus terminal to take the bus to the airport is just next to it. The room was a good size, enough to fit in 3 super single beds and a sofa bed for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids.

New hotel with very new facilities. Took bigger size room and enjoyed good amenities. Less than 5 mins walk to tenjin station n shopping ctrs. Will stay again

Very good location, kind and helpful staffs. I asked for pjs for my child, and house keeper offered us different design pjs everyday. It was very cute.
