We were so sad to leave”
We booked a pool villa but on arrival were told we had been upgraded to a beach villa and were so glad this was the case (it turns out the pool villas are over the other side of the road with no direct access to the beach). The beach villa was laid out really well with 3 good sized bedrooms and the main living room/kitchen all in separate little huts connected by a decked walk way. We spent most days just lounging by the pool, looking out over the gorgeous beach. Ray was super friendly and sorted us out with some really new scooters (thanks Ray). Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and some really good places to eat just a short scoot away, and we got a great massage just a few meters from our villa. The bedrooms were really comfortable with great cotton bedding and the shower pressure was excellent too. We stayed for 6 nights but could easily have spent a fortnight here. I can't wait to go back.

We stayed in a ground floor apartment and it was perfect for our family. The apartment itself was spotless and it was great to be so close to the pool - the kids loved swimming there. It is also a few steps from a beautiful beach and great for swimming any time of the day as there are very few rocks there, unlike some other beaches on Koh Lanta. Ray was always on hand to help with anything and organise trips. We often had the whole pool to ourselves although the other families that came were lovely so it was great for the kids to make friends and play in the pool. The villas are also really great and perfect for a little more privacy. The restaurants on the beach are next door and there is a very wide choice, along with some in the street behind. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Oceanfront pool villa ”
We had a delightful star at the Thai Island Dream Estate. The villa was spotlessly clean and the view of the beach was stunning. We loved the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The staff were very attentive and helpful. It was a great vacation and I would highly recommend the pool villas. It’s a prefect spot in Koh Lanta to explore the island.

Fabulous”
We had a ground floor apartment which was fabulous and straight out to the gorgeous pool. The block was almost fully booked when we were there so could not believe we had the pool almost entirely to ourselves every day!..... was so good we only ventured onto the beach in the daytime when we wandered out for a spot of lunch at one of the many beach restaurants. We will be back next time we visit Lanta.

I book pool villa with misunderstandings, but manager upgrade us to beach front pool villa, with 3 bedrooms 1 living room and kitchen. There are full of facilities with beautiful views. Recommended!!!

Great location! ”
This is perfect for families. Our beachfront apartment walked right out to the pool. We loved the covered patio for breakfast in the morning, and it’s incredibly close to restaurants for lunch and dinner, as well as just across the street from a convenience store to stock up on snacks and drinks. You can have a beachfront massage just outside your door. We will definitely stay here again when in Koh Lanta.

Last minute choice to book Thai Island Dream Estate and very glad we did. Booked a beach front 2 bedroom apartment at this beautiful and private location and was able to walk out my front door to either swim in the huge swimming pool or a few extra steps on to a pristine beach with amazing views across to the Phi Phi islands. The apartment was nice and comfortable and although not high end had everything that was required for a chilled and relaxing break. There isn't a restaurant or bar attached to the place but there are plenty of options for food and drink along the adjoining properties that are perfect for dinner and sunset cocktails. There are also day boat trips to other islands for snorkeling and other activities that can be arranged with pick up and drop off at the beach right in front of the property. Wished we could have stayed a bit longer.

Nice villa with separate bungalows, good location”
Stay was excellent. Nice clean swimming pool, direct beach access. There is a total of 4 villas next to each other with beach front access. The villas needs a bit of maintaining, paint and adjustments, which is the norm in Thailand.

Fantastic location and great facilities. Highly recommended if you want a spacious beach front appartment and lots of options for breakfast and dinner a long the beach. Massage in the garden is top notch and the smoothie stalk at the street is also great. Would come again.

Beautiful view, terrible beds”
Beautiful beach front view, good location, lovely private pool facing the beach. Very picturesque. Unfortunately the villa we stayed in requires some maintenance, especially considering the price. We stayed here in one of the beach front villas for 4 nights and slept very badly each night due to the extremely hard beds. We would repeatedly wake up with with numb limbs, it was like sleeping on the floor. I have slept on hard beds throught South East Asia many times and actually prefer them to be a bit firm, but this was on the next level and super uncomfortable. We texted the staff to provide more blankets to put on top of bed to make them softer, but we did not receive a response. There are also only see through blinds so the rooms get very bright in the morning, which would be less of an issue if we we able to get a better nights sleep. There is no aircon in the common room/kitchen area, making the room extremely hot during the day. This made the space essentially unusable. The fridge barely worked when set to the coldest setting. Wi-Fi coverage doesn't reach all of the rooms well for a relitivly small area. Requires stronger Wi-Fi access point for better coverage.

Great Location and Helpful Staff”
Idyllic location on the beach, lovely pool! One staff member Ray stood out for her service and went above and beyond for us, she organised brand new scooters, a great long tail trip and competitive transfers for us. Def ask for her when you arrive!

Fantastic holiday ”
We stayed here for a week in December - ( 5 adults + 3 year old). Ray, the manager, was there to greet us on arrival and we were surprised and delighted to get an upgrade to a beachfront villa ( had booked a pool villa). The bedrooms were great - all en suite and very spacious with good air con. Also nice big kitchen and living room with another small toilet and basin. The living area did get quite hot as there was no air con (only fans) but not really a problem as nobody was sleeping there. The outside area was fab - lovely private pool + raised decking area with tables and chairs looking out over the sea. The beach was literally a couple of metres away and there was also a massage area very close in a gazebo. My son and I both had a Thai massage which was lovely and very good prices. Lots of restaurants along the beach and 2 minimarts nearby. Ray was very helpful during our stay - she was always available to give advice and organise trips for us. All in all a wonderful holiday!

Dream vacation!”
We had a truly wonderful time at Thai Island Dream Estate. The manager Ray was fantastic and helped us with everything we needed from tour bookings, taxis and she even arranged a cake and a special birthday celebration that we will nerver forget. The villa was located right on the beach with a lot of nice restaurants nearby. The location is excellent and the area very beutiful. The villa had everything we needed, a lot of space and was superclean. But what really made this a dream vacation was the hospitality and friendly staff. Thank you Ray and the rest of the staff, we will be back!

Calm location at end of street. Enough size of pool with sunchairs facing ocean. Also sunbeads at beach with some shelter. Close to popular beach restaurants. Nice beach with some snorkeling cliffs in water. Cave cajaking in east side is a most do trip!

Excellent property for a family. Apartment was clean and the staff very friendly. The apartments could do with a bit of updating but that seems irrelevant when you have such amazing views and are in a great location. So many bars and restaurants within walking distance that we didn't really use the kitchen but its handy if you have kids!! Overall we had the most amazing holiday here and will definitely be back one year.
