Excellent size rooms with small kitchenette supplied with a few thoughtful essentials tea coffee.etc. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard. Staff super helpful. Bar is cosy and welcoming staff. Such great value for money and would definitely stay again. Bus directly into centre of town. Easy location

We only stayed for one night but this hotel was definitely one of the best on our trip through several cities in Europe. From the very start we were treated in a very friendly way (spinning the wheel to receive a free gift at check-in was fun and quirky)! The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable, and the kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed for a one night stay. We really felt like we were treated as individuals and not just another booking. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the central station and there are supermarkets about five minutes away. I particularly enjoyed using the art walk map to look at the Street Art in close proximity to the hotel. I think this is definitely a hotel that has got it right.

Nice place to enjoy from above”
All were fine, there was a delay/problem with the elevator which didn't effect that long! The rooms are clean , nice and specious and I like the set up. I appreciated water cooker and microwave at rooms, that was a great addition. In addition I liked that there were yoga mattress to use in the fitness room! I recommend!

4 stars only because the night shift staff was unprofessional, we arrived around 5am. Charged us second time even showing the payment confirmation. Even asked if we think he wants to deceive us. I even checked in online to get to the bed quicker, but this didn't help. Other day staff were brilliant and helpful, received a cute goodbye gift.

Very new and clean. Large room and staff is very kind and friendly. Location is very convenient. Except almost none of internet connection.

A 10mn à pied du centre ville de La Haye, l'environnement n'est toutefois pas tout à fait bucolique entre un concessionnaire voiture, le Mac Do et un embranchement de voie rapide. Le meilleur qualité/prix de la ville pour une chambre quadruple avec kitchenette. Chambre très propre. Les espaces communs sont à rénover (moquette salle aux étages et peinture nécessaire)- Accueil chaleureux et sympathique

За неделю проживания 2 раза срабатывала пожарная сигнализация, в полвторого ночи и в одиннадцать вечера. Никакой реакции от администрации не было - ни пояснения причин, ни какой-то компенсации за неудобства. Из душевых принадлежностей - шампунь, гель-душ, кондиционер для волос, лосьон для тела и мыло. В номере нет ни тапочек, ни халата, ни даже телефона. Мини-бар отсутствует. В последний день проживания был ураган Сиара, оказалось, что в окнах есть дырки в стыках и дождь залил пол в номере. Также в тот день вечером пропала горячая вода. Бесплатного Нетфликса уже нет, Ютуб не работал, лотереи при заселении тоже не было, двери в душе плотно не закрывались, ручка вантуза была сломана. Тем не менее, по соотношению цена/качество это неплохой отель. Относительно удобное расположение (2 остановки на автобусе №26 до вокзала, 5 на автобусе №28 - до центра), до остановки - 3 минуты. Номер большой, просторный, чистый, уборка каждый день. Завтрак 14,50 евро, не шикарный, но хороший.

Pobyt w tym hotelu spełnił wszystkie moje wymagania - pokoje przestronne. Obsługa na recepcji bardzo miła nie ma problemu z z dogadaniem się nawet dla osoby z podstawowym angielskim ;)

4 Leute in einem kleinen Zimmer und dann Nichtmal eine Klima, nur ein kleies Fenster Leider liegt das Hotel auch ziemlich außerhalb von der Innenstadt aber dank Bus & Bahn ist das kein großes Problem.
