This was our 2nd stay at this Hotel located right next to the Umeda Sky Building and within walking distance of Osaka Station- the Hotel also runs a complimentary shuttle bus to the station approx every 15 mins. The rooms are very spacious and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in which for me is a must after a tiring day exploring. Staff very friendly, breakfast buffet excellent with many Western options available. A few more Western TV channels would be nice so you could unwind with a movie at the end of the day. The only thing (and it's just a small thing) which was a little disappointing is we arrived at 1pm to check in after a long train trip to be told check in wasn't until 2pm but we could pay extra to have the room straight away (so it was obviously available). We opted to just store our luggage and checked in at 9pm after an afternoon out. When you pay for a 5 star Hotel and if the room is ready I would expect to be able to check in.

nothing to complaint about this hotel ! we had so much fun stay with Westin ! free shuttle bus ! comfortable , cozy , clean and big room friendly & helpful stuff who make me very surprised and impress ! its just very perfect with everything in Westin ! only that Westin might need do some renovation on their room design ! other than this , everything is just great !

I can't thank the Concierge team enough for their help in making our stay so much better. They are worth their weight in gold 😘 Rooms are spacious with well-planned storage spaces / surfaces for toiletries, clothes, small items, suitcases. The shower is nice and strong (there's also a long bath, which we don't use). The hotel is an 8-min walk to Osaka Station City, or there's a shuttle (super punctual ⭐) every 10-15 mins depending on time of day. Also, the KIX airport shuttle makes it super easy for door to door when you arrive / leave the city. We've stayed twice now - will definitely be back!

Shuttle transfers from station very helpful, rooms spacious clean and bed heavenly. Service is great, very helpful staff. Lots of variety at breakfast. Asked for connecting room and hotel managed to offer them as kids 12 and 9 Would stay there again.

Hotel provide shuttle bus to Osaka Station, ver convenience and easy to access. very impressed by their staff, very friendly helpful this is totally surprise me .. room very big and comfortable .. but maybe need some renovation other than this everything is Westin is definitely great !! we had very great stay with Westin ..

Convenient Location and Good Room”
The location is very convenient, a short 8-10 minute walk from Osaka / Umeda railway station and the nearby metro stations. In the courtyard of the Umeda Sky Tower, at basement level there are about 15 different restaurants (all local Japanese with good food) open for lunch and dinner. The room was very spacious - around 40 sq metres together with the toilet + shower. Staff super helpful and everybody spoke English. Very happy with our stay.

Very god location closed to the mall and subway. They also provide transportation for Osaka station which is very conveience to go anywhere in Osaka Staff is very active and friendly

Breakfast does not worth paid value . one more things that we was occupied to have table for breakfast , but when we turn back to sit with food bringing and discovered few male Japanese to sit our table . Of course few male japanese knew the table was occupied by us. I wondered restaurant staff permit them to do so.

It's so old and honestly just not worth it for you to pay. Stay away from this hotel. Its so far from the train station. The room is so old and I had a bad experience. Not enough cable for us to charge and they gave little condiments for our group

The Westin”
Great location not too far from the Osaka station. They speak English as well but I recommend calling them ahead to assist with shuttle service hours from the hotel and station. You can still walk to the Westin from the station, just need to go through some construction. Very high class atmosphere and service spent a week as part of a honeymoon and loved the location.
