The most awful hotel ever ”
The suit smelled like sewage and the staff didn't care about it at all. The smell was so bad that me and my friend couldn't even sleep at night. There wasn't even housekeeping and the neighborhood was so noisy. There wasn't anyone available to help me when i needed something necessary. When I arrived there they sent my to a suit on the -2th floor and I asked them to change my suit. They showed me a suit on the 2nd floor and told me we would accommodate you there the day after but the day after they sent me to an attic room which was even worse than the previous one. I was really disrespected there and although I visit Istanbul every week and have seen many hotels and suits but Townhouse Istanbul, honestly speaking, was the worst place i had ever seen and i never recommend it to anyone
