We were staying at beach front apartment in Oct2019. The personel was really great willing to help with anyone on any thing asked. The room was clean daily. Breakfast was great but if more people appeared in resort there was more food. You can swim in infinity pool and watch the sea. Location in my opinion is excellent - close to main city Saladan on Koh Lanta but quiet and peaceful right on the beach. You can buy fresh fruits on market (market is not open daily) rest you can buy at shop or minimarkets in Saladan or near 7Eleven. You can rent a scooter (250 baht/day) to go around island. Beach was clean and well maintained. Overall rating 10/10! We have great quiet and relaxing time at resort. Highly recommend. Artur & Ewelina.

Wonderful: location, staff, rooms, meals”
We are just back from one week at Twin Bay Resort. I have been to many other resorts, but this one was exceptional in caring for the customer. The small houses are comfortable and cosy, the breakfast fresh and different every second day (so you don't get bored during the week), the pool is nice and clean, has a lot of shaded areas, the staff is helpful in organising trips, getting you cool drinks to the beach, caring about you. And the beach is someting we will miss for a long time: sandy, clean, with beach chairs, places in the shade, enough room for everybody to go snorkeling or just swimming, very clean and clear water - a bliss. We will have to come back. Thanks everybody for the nice stay

Location is spot on. Quiet enough to fully relax and Not far from all hustle and bustle you could want in a holiday. Staff were so friendly and helpful, made a wonderful positive impact on our stay. Amenities were well maintained and equipped. Really happy with our choice to stay here

My boyfriend & I stayed at Twin Bay resort for a week, fantastic hotel with such kind lovely staff, It had a lovely view from the pool. If I was to go back to koh lanta I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel.

Very relaxing and fun”
The pool was nice, the beach was nice, the staff were awesome! Friendly and accommodating ar all times. Helping us book trips that we Google (and negotiating for a deal), letting us know about the Resort and the island, it felt a little like visiting family rather than staff. The rooms were nice too, the beds were hard, but that is pretty common in Thailand. They even arranged to get a couple massage ladies in, which was really nice. I would come back.

Pros: the resort is at the quiet end of the lovely bay; the service level was high, and the staff exceptionally friendly; the effort that went in to the Valentine's dinner on the beach was amazing, and made for a memorable night. Our beachfront room was well-equipped and cleaned thoroughly every day. Cons: it was a 10-minute stroll along the beach to a couple of nice beach restaurants, but prices were about 20% higher, or a tuk tuk in to Ban Saladan at 50 Baht per person, more than elsewhere in Lanta.

Beautiful Resort”
The resort situated between two bays as the name suggests ,though only one is accessible. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room is right on the beach . Breakfast is minimal but ok . A great place to stay in koh lanta .

Great value for money”
We stayed for 5 night here in the Beachfront Deluxe Suite and we weren't disappointed. Our deck was right on the beach and some days we didn't move from it except to eat. The location is away from the main area but only a 10 minute walk to all the restaurants. The pool and room were clean and the staff were helpful especially Swit the man manager.

Amazing staff and location ”
We stayed at the Twin Bay Resort for 9 nights and had a great time. We had a strange experience with the floor of our room on the second night, but got treated well and issue resolved without much hassle. The staff was great. REALLY amazing. This was from the owner/manager to all the staff at the front desk, restaurant, etc.. They made each day a joy and were very helpful overall. The location of the hotel is also really beautiful and serene. Ocean on two sides (although you use one side only). The facilities are run down and in need of renovation and for the price I would have expected more. All in all, having come here from a big complex hotel in Phuket that could have been anywhere in the world, we really enjoyed ourselves here and had a great Thailand experience where it was about the location, people and relaxation. I would love to come back here again and have the exact same experience and meet the same people at the hotel, but I would like to see the facilities upgraded.

OK beachfront property”
Quiet and slow in the low season. We were the only people at the resort when we arrived for a full 24 hrs and you'd think they'd bump you up to a better room like the surrounding resorts did for friends but they didn't. Man at the desk was just on his computer all day, didn't seem to want to help or converse, surprising given we were the only people, just made me think he didn't want to be inconvenienced. Breakfast was good. Eggs, toast, meat, fruit, juice, coffee (or Thai dishes of rice or soup). All our other meals were not so great. Go out for dinner. Pools were OK, needing some attention but not unswimmable. Beach was nice and quiet. Shallow and clean, great for kids!

Decent hotel that gives you the place to relax and enjoy. Nothing fancy, but for the price we got the rooms it was fine. Hotel could use som general overall maintenance.

Run down facilities, mediocre staff”
The location on Kaw Kwang beach was nice. It is located on the muddy section with a lot shells which doesn’t make it the most ideal section on this beach. Also in order to see the sunset behind the horizon you will need to walk down the beach a ways since there is an outcropping of rocks that block your view. The standard bungalows are very rundown, bathroom and shower feel like prison showers (at least what I assume prison showers are like). The power isn’t reliable and shutdown on us multiple times. Like with most of the island there are very few English speakers so there was a lot of miscommunication and customer service issues. Things were stolen from our locked room by the housekeeping staff and when we told the receptionist he didn’t seem to be concerned or care. The kitchen and dining room staff were the exception and very accommodating. The safe in the room was broken so there was no spot to secure our valuables. Also the private transportation that they booked for us to and from Krabi Airport was bad. The driver was very dangerous, rude and checked phone. We were expecting many happy smiles and great customer service which we have experienced in the many other towns in Thailand that we have visited but that was not the case here. I would not recommend this hotel but I would recommend the island and this beach just stay a little further down at the nicer hotels.
