Wij logeren altijd een nacht in dit hotel voor de dag/nacht dat wij vliegen. Very commfortabel, excellent breakfast, great menu, nice staff, specious room, good location, only a few minutes with the shuttle bus to the airport. Reasonable priced.

Great hotel, close to Schiphol airport. We stay here every year before flying back home to Thailand. The rooms are spacious, well decorated and with all facilities. Good restaurants with great food and extended menus. We love coming back to this hotel every year again.

The hotel itself is HUGE. It has a parking huge parking lot for people who travels with their own car or motorbike. Rooms are big, quite good equipped. I just missed small refridgerator and some hanger for wet towels. In our room was small presso machine for capsules with coffee capsules and tea. Hotel has free shuttle bus to and from airport going every 40 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel.

large full-service hotel 10 to 15 minutes from Schiphol Airport”
We had already stayed here before, and we were looking forward to return because the hotel is very convenient for stop-overs. Depending on traffic, the courtesy bus to and from the airport takes 10 to 15 minutes - and buses operate in both directions every 30 to 40 minutes throughout most of the day. Our standard room was quite spacious. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea. The flat-screen TV of good size had multiple international channels. There was a safety-deposit box in the closet. Our room had both a bath tub and a shower, and the pillows were very comfortable. Staff members were extremely professional and efficient - fluent in English and eager to be of service. This non-smoking hotel has an indoor smoking area, which is nice when the weather is extreme. We had a good rate as well, so we were very happy with our stay (even though we did not get a chance to use the exercise room or swimming pool on this occasion). For sure, we will consider this hotel again!

Depending on traffic, this hotel is 10 to 20 minutes from Schiphol Airport. The Hotel Van der Valk is a large property adjacent to a casino and various restaurants. The hotel has many guest rooms as well as function and conference spaces. The hotel also has a very nice swimming pool and fitness area. Many other guests took advantage of these facilities as well as we did. The outlying areas in the countryside are very nice for walking. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service (big bus) to the airport every 40 minutes or so. The fare that we paid was competitive, and our standard room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the large TV with international channels and complimentary coffee and tea. The closet had a safety-deposit box. While some of the furniture in the room seemed a bit old, the staff service was absolutely excellent. We recommend this hotel and will try to reserve it again for single-night lay-overs!

Solo Trip to Amsterdam”
Hated the first room, it was old and has a weird woody smell. There was a bug in the Tub. I went to the front desk to complain. They switched my room to a lovely modern clean room. The hotel is very pretty and quite large. I didn't stay long enough to tour the whole hotel. There was a pool, spa, gym and so many other amenities. I ate breakfast in the restaurant which was excellent. I also had dinner in the restaurant. Service was lovely and exceptional. Only slight issue for me was the shuttle. We almost missed our flight, good thing UBER works in Amsterdam, so we took an Uber to the airport instead.

I like the room very much, hotel shuttles is just great to transfer from schiphol to hotel and hotel to schiphol The only thing I have complain is they don’t have a luggage storage place!!

When you want to be near in airport, this is the best hotel. We enjoyed the amenities espeacially the pool and free shuttle.

We, my husband and I have used v/d Valk Schiphol Hotel on many occasions over the past years traveling between Canada and RSA. Good quality rooms, restaurant and reception desk service, and the bus shuttle service really suits us great.
