Excellent accommodating staffs great experience”
The room was of course small but it had a big window which helped to make it not seem so boxed in. The bathroom was pretty big it had a shower with a tub which was excellent. Overall even though the room was small it had everything that you would need (a full length mirror, a mini fridge, cords on both sides of the bed etc) and it was super clean and tidy which is big requirement! Also the location is super convenient bc its like a 3min walk to the metro also its close to the medical center for pcr tests if you’re a foreigner. The staffs were suuuper nice and helpful. Had a great experience and would definitely come back to this hotel!

Awesome hotel”
Great location. Nearby metro stations and restaurants are a great convenience for traveling around city and dining. Room is of reasonable size and is kept clean. Generally the hotel is in great shape. One thing to note is during my last full day in Paris my room suddenly needs a repair. The staffs act quickly and swiftly by notifying me and putting me into another room (a bigger room!) to ensure the least disruption possible. Thank you very much!

We stayed in one of the higher category rooms. Excellent staff who are accommodating and friendly. Very clean property with exceptionally comfy bed - and we can be very particular about these things! Location is great as only about 1mile away from 1st arrondissement. Modern facilities and good toiletries provided. We usually stay in larger chains so that we have assurance of a degree of standard but Villathena was better than expected.

I stay in Paris for 7days on business trip, location is nice, very close to Saint Lazare metro station, many resturant nearby Room is standard room, nice and clean, bathroom have bath tub is good too, can hear slightly voice from next room but will not have much impact actually. All staff attitude are very good, helpful with smile all the time, fluent english. recommand you guys to stay at this hotel

Super good location very convenient approx 10 minutes to Lafayette, approx 5 minutes to Metro St Lazare. Very quiet around the hotel not noisy, restaurants and pharmacies small stores nearby. Room temperature very comfortable not too hot and dry. Staff at front desk are super warm, helpful and reliable, like our friends, very nice.!! The lady Haya serving us breakfast with warm and heart. We feel like home. Also the hotel is safe to stay. We will definitely come back again.

The staff, especially the Manager, went out of his way to offer us better hotel rates, contacting out of business hours laboratories and confirming restaurant and other attractions, making our extended holiday due to flight cancellations, that much more easier.. highly recommended.

Pro 1. Location near to Lafayette and Louvre 2. Price is good 3. Room is clean and tidy 4. Reception personnel is excellent Con 1. Room is too small (room 103) 2. Air-condition not working 3. Alarm blaring for 15 minutes at 3 am 4. Noisy in the morning

Very pleased with the hotel itself. Comfortable, high-ceilinged room with mini balcony (in the Parisian style), fridge, safe, and tub. Very friendly and helpful staff, and a good breakfast, too. I did have a problem adjusting my booking which I place squarely on Agoda, so no fault on the hotel. Location is excellent, 2 minutes from Gare St. Lazare with its Metro, bus, and rail links, along with every kind of shopping you may need. I should note that the hotel is on a quiet side street, and outside the greater St, Lazare "stress bubble". Walkable distance to Mont martre and the Seine. The Opera is five minutes away on foot. I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

It’s a great location. If you’re coming from the airport and your drop off is in Opera. You might take Uber or walk a little. Amazing staff! Very kind and very helpful.
