Secluded Haven hidden from the bustling city life”
Growing up and living in a busy city all my life, Traditional Arts Villa was a splendid place for relaxation with its secluded location far from any form of city life. The owners were very friendly and sociable people too. The wife has an interest in cooking and breakfast served was the best I had ever seen across every BnB accommodation I ever stayed. Dishes served were aplenty and well presented. Looking back at the photos I took, it isn't hard to mistake the food served as one from a high-end restaurant! Rooms were clean and beautifully designed with mine being one that faces the gorgeous man-made lake in the garden behind the villa. Deck chairs are available on a platform by the lake for individuals to lay down and space out, or you may follow a stone path and stroll around the pond to enjoy the scenery. If you are looking to stay here, be prepared to spend on taxi cabs due to its seclusion from any other form of public transportation. The location for Traditional Arts Villa can however be a huge plus for individuals looking to escape from the hustle and bustle of the commercialized city life.

Exceeded our expectations on every level. Owned and run by the two nicest, most generous people in the world. Breakfast was very special local fare beautifully prepared and huge. Very clean and quiet. Seriously; don't go anywhere else to stay in Yilan.

Fantastic Place to Stay”
It's a fantastic villa with nice decorations and environment, warm staff, big and clean rooms, comfortable, generous but healthy breakfast. The owner brought an umbrella to welcome us as it was raining. It's very good value of money. Would definitely come back.

Superb stay in this homestay villa”
The lady boss is nice and friendly help us with the luggage. The breakfast was a shocking nice to me and my friends. There was a nice pond in front of the hotel and nicely decorated surroundings, everywhere is a good photo taking place. there is a nearby prawning pond also. Overall, its fantastic.

The rooms are nice and cozy, esp. the family room which was very large. The view from the balconies are very good as you can see the pond and garden, and even the beautiful sunrise. We wish we could spend more time in this hotel.

A very relaxing stay in a great B&B”
The B&B is lovely ! We stayed there for 3 days and it was certainly a relaxing stay. The B&B has a very well designed garden. The rooms are large and comfortable. Bed is good. The only slight drawback is the shower which takes a while to learn how to operate. The most outstanding element of this B&B is the owner. The young couple really go way out to make your stay a comfortable one. They pick you up at the train station/bus stop and check transport routes for your travel. I have stayed in close to 100 B&Bs throughout the world and they are without doubt the most hospitable owners. Breakfast is also great (a lot of food) but only Chinese style. Need to let them know if you prefer western style food. In summary, highly recommended

Fabulous experience”
The garden is incredibly nice! We arrived on a sunny day and couldn't be more stunned by the view. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast were delicate and delicious. The owners were friendly and chatted with us over breakfast, giving suggestions on our itinery. Nice stay!

Was superb fantastic , great for relaxation, nice stay with the surroundings of garden and lake, with small boats that can really row and 2 cute dogs welcoming guests. The breakfast was presented nicely and warm hospitality from the owner.

Excellent experience.. host always try their best to make sure our needs are met... excellent condition of facilities ... luxurious feel... however it's not so accessible.. need to cab in and out the place -no alternative.. host willing to drive you in and out whenever they are free
