Lovely homestay!”
We stayed at Trang An Mountain House for 2 nights in a 3 person bungalow. It was quiet, immaculately clean and comfortable. We went there specifically to do the Trang An grottoes boat trip and the location was perfect! It’s about 20 mins by taxi from the Ninh Binh railway station and 5 mins drive from the boat ramp. We were exhausted from travelling and a quiet day by the lovely pool was just what we needed on our first day. We ate every meal during our stay at the restaurant on site- it was fresh and reasonably priced. Son and his parents and staff were super friendly, kind and helpful. We rented bikes on the first afternoon and Son gave them to us to use for free the next day to bike to the grottoes. We did the boat trip but unfortunately the water levels were too high to enter the caves, so check that out before going there if you can. Trang An Mountain House is a great place to stay- we wish we could’ve stayed longer!

One of the kindest and most relaxing places I’ve visited”
Amazing experience, kind owners. Made incredible friends during my stay. I had food poisoning when I came here. When the owner, Son learned about this he took time out of his day to take me to the doctors, multiple times on his motorbike. He checked in on me often and made sure I was eating, drinking enough. He treated me like one of his family, inviting me to dinner, lunch. After seeing that I didn’t get a chance to visit the area because I was sick, he took me on a tour of Ninh Binh. I can’t stress enough how kind he and his family were to me. In addition, the receptionist Chien was equally kind, and often took time to teach me Vietnamese. He often came to check in on me and keep me company during the worst times of my food poisoning. I can’t recommend this nice, quiet and relaxing place enough. The rooms are huge and have really cool decor. It’s a family run business and they definitely take care of you. There’s also an extremely dog named Bo who always comes to greet you. You can trust the reviews on this place!

Me and my friend stayed for 2 nights in one of the dorms. Greated on arrival with such friendliness! Perfect location for walks and renting both push bikes and mopeds. Swimming pool was glorious, a view of the hills and seats to relax- very clean and well kept. Breakfast included was probably one of the best hostel breakfasts I've ever had ( + condensed milk coffee!!) Seating areas and a pool table to meet others , good music and again, the food ; well priced , fresh and delicious. Equally this place is good for couples and families -The private rooms are little seculded and with a beautiful window view and carefully planted gardens to wake up to. Having explored the surroundings this hostel seemed to be me to be the best -Ill definitely be recommending to all my friends. Thanks for making us feel so at home. Exceptional”
Great location, many places of interests within short distance. Room nicely designed,clean and the failities properly maintained. The hot water supply is not that reliable though. Staff there is very helpful. Lynn in partcular always smile and promptly addressed our needs. We are glad to choose Trang An Mountain House as our accomodation in the Ninh Binh stay.

Trang An Mountain House is within short distance to many places of interest. It also locates in a scenic area. Just staying there is already an enjoyable experience.The room we stayed is pretty,properly maintained and clean. Staff is very helpful. Lynn in particular is marvellous. She always smile and promptly addressed our different needs including getting for us transport to tour places. We very much enjoyed our stay in Mountsin House. Alice

Home in Ninh Binh ”
Everything about our stay was wonderful. All of the facilities were great - good showers, comfortable beds, fast wifi, delicious food (and a large menu to choose from). The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful too. We were given detailed reccomendations and we were made to feel right at home. I would genuinely rccomend Trang An Mountain house to friends and family. My only regret is hat we couldn’t stay longer!

Close to all the major destinations you would want to check out in Ninh Binh. The accommodations and vibe of the hotel was great. Staff were very friendly and the hotel is family owned which is nice. They have spacious private bungalows and dorm rooms as well as scooters for rent. Value for what you get is unbelievable, would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and tranquil in the middle of nature !”
Stunning location in the heart of rural Trang an . Really picturesque views and great opportunities to go outside and explore the surroundings. However it is a little out of the way from restaurants, shops and basic services if you are in need of them and you are best advised to rent a moped in order to get around . The rooms are spacious and clean and the bed very comfy.. great service and there’s both a restaurant and moped rental on the property which is super convenient. Overall lovely place, stunning location and definitely would recommend it !

Actually it is the good place to stay when visit Trang An. Good food at home stay where outside is not much place to eat in the evening. As it is home stay and next to mountain, then the room have a bit bad smell but it was cleaned. I went there with elder auntie over 60 years old then have good service from there. Fabulous , thanks for your kind service.

Great escape in the countryside”
Spent two relaxing nights at the homestay. The team was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I spent my days exploring the sights around Trang An and Tam Coc. The beds are comfy, and the food well-made and tasty. Only the rental motorbikes could use improvement as they are dated and in need up service/upgrade.

This is a hostel and it wasn't shown on the listing as such. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The highlight of our stay was the bicycle rental which gave us a chance to visit the nearby rice paddies and village.

Au cœur des montagnes”
Très bel Hostel ! Situé au cœur des falaises, l'emplacement est très joli et agréable quoi qu'un peu éloigné des activités principales. Le personnel est très accueillant, la nourriture est bonne (je recommande le cheeseburger, pas très local mais excellent !). Il y a un beau lac avec un temple à visiter à côté ça vaut le detour ! Pensez également à faire un tour en barque entre falaises, caves et lagons, c'est juste magnifique ! Le seul point négatif si on peut dire est le fait que tout ce que l'on achète à l'hostel (nourriture, location moto, essence, etc...) est ajouté à la note de votre chambre. La note à la fin peut surprendre, car tout est un peu plus cher que dans les autres hostels où je suis resté. Rien d'alarmant cependant, il suffit de tenir des comptes.

Baustelle wegen Pool”
Wir hatten einen ziemlichen Schock als wir vor einer Woche dort ankamen. Das ganze Hotel war eine Baustelle, da ein neuer Pool gebaut wird. Leider wurden wir nicht darüber informiert. Schlussendlich hat der Mitarbeiter kooperiert und uns ein schönes Hotel in der Nähe organisiert, zum selben Preis. Das war sehr nett und wir waren sehr froh darüber. Aber der Schock saß erstmal tief! Man sagte uns dass der Pool In zwei Wochen fertig wäre...also am besten vorher nachfragen. An für sich bestimmt eine schöne Erweiterung der Anlage.

カルストの山にまさに囲まれた宿。ドミトリーだったが、宿泊したのは自分一人で、シングルルームのように使えた。自転車を無料で貸してくれるので、近くをサイクリングすると絶景が楽しめる。古都ホアルーまでは自転車で15分ほど。朝食はフォーの大盛りとスイカ。ハノイまでの移動を手配してもらった。
