Great value for clean, nice room
Clean, contemporary room, helpfull/friendly staff, great price
Besides the weird stairs to elevator set-up, this hotel offers a great price for a decent room. Located close to the King s palace.

Great location but major construction on street.
Staff was very helpful.
The room was adequate for one night, however, toilet was not cleaned and was disgusting. They moved me immediately to a corner room. Great staff but the neighborhood bar was quite noisy and construction and road work made it unpleasant. Not restful in the late night nor morning. Very basic room but phone didn't work and lightbulb for nightstand was burnt out. No chair, so, had to sit on bed to review itinerary. I suspect the room was vacant for awhile because it was an upgrade, so things were missing. Once I mentioned missing toiletries, they immediately supplied it for the room.

Good Hotel, Central Location
The balcony was great
The hotel is pretty good, and relatively clean. The room was only cleaned every couple of days, though it's relatively clean for Cambodia. The ac was good, the hot water however was inconsistent. We had only periodic hot water available and no real way to know when it may be available. The breakfast was quite good, with western and khmer breakfast available in their restaurant. You do need to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the elevator, so it's not likely to be suitable for people with limited mobility.

Good hotel with staff that try hard
rooms with balconys
A suprise on arrival that the elevator starts on the 1st floor . No one knows it amongs the drivers we used and a small entrance is a trick. The restaurant and breakfast are poor only 1 staff member spoke english, but we enjoyed our stay with them. Located a short distance away from the main attractions in the city made sure we got a bit more walking that is good and if you want good WiFi get a room near the source they moved rooms for us happily. A stand out item was the best bath towels on the trip, but every think was pleasant and would recoment it happily 1 flight of stairs is just enough exercise for me so will be back for sure . The building is an older style but well kept so quaint suits this place not sterile.

convenient hotel for business
restaurants with local food at less pricey
the hotel room was clean. staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel provides a good selection for breakfast and with the restaurants within, food is convenient and readily available 24/7. the hotel is also located centrally in the city to all directions. it is like 5-10 minutes tuk tuk ride to everywhere within the city. for business purpose, there are also rooms in the restaurant in which i can hold business meeting in the evening with privacy and comfort. adjacent to the hotel is a 24/7 mini-market. snacks and drinks and many miscellaneous items are sold there. there is also a laundry shop nearby. i stayed there for a week and my stay has been pleasant and comfortable throughout.

Friendly staff and great location
Location, Service minded staff
Great location in middle of everything that you must see when you visit Phnom Penh. Most of all I like the friendly and always smilling staff. No problem is to much for them. Room are clean and décor is nice. Specially nice are the large balconies. I have seen many hotels in Phnom Penh and for the price this is one of the best.

Nice hotel but difficult to find
good location, clean, good ac, good service
really nice staff at this place, good breakfast and really very nice. the only downsides are the lack of good wifi in the hotel (ok yes your in cambodia, why are you on the internet) its difficult to find, and the street below is noisy. staff were great though.

OK Hotel
I stay at this Hotel for a couple of nights. Staff was friendly and helpful . The breakfast wasn't delicious and there wasn't a wide selection. It is near to the Central Market but A bit far from everything else. The National Museum and the Royal Palace is a bout a 25 minutes walk away. The biggest drawback of the Hotel is the Bathroom as both the shower and toilet are located in one room and whenever you shower the water spreads over to the toilet area.

Nice clean hotel just a little out of the way
Clean room, good a/c, in room safe, friendly staff
Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Restaurant food and staff very good. Hotel is not in the tourist district. The streets can be fairly dark at night (common for cambodia) so you really need to taxi it other parts of town. Mini mart across the road. Intersection out the front is busy most of the time (night and day) and can be noisy (could be a problem if you are a light sleeper). Hotel staff happy to help out with travel and general tourist questions etc. Room had nice balcony which can be relaxing to just sit back and watch the traffic and locals.
