Kuwait has lifted all COVID-19 entry restrictions. All international travelers can now visit Kuwait regardless of their country of departure or vaccination status. No additional COVID-19 requirements are in place.
Passengers are not required to quarantine on arrival in Kuwait. Self isolation has been removed for all visitors, tourist visa holders can begin enjoying their vacation as soon as they arrive.
Travelers who received the last vaccine dose over 9 months ago must have received a booster, as well.
Travelers with vaccine passports issued outside Kuwait need to provide certificate through the Immune app, Kuwait Mobile ID app or Kuwait-Mosafer app. It must have a QR code.

Domestic travel
Effective May 1, normal pre-pandemic procedures apply and all COVID-19 health or travel restrictions will be lifted.
Commercial businesses are now open at full capacity operating at normal business hours.
Wearing masks is now optional in all indoor and outdoor places. Symptomatic individuals are encouraged to still wear a mask around others.
