To determine your eligibility for travel, please refer to the following conditions and requirements for Puerto Rico:

Fully vaccinated travelers can enter Puerto Rico.

Unvaccinated travelers arriving on international flights will only be allowed in if they are U.S. citizens or permanent lawful residents.

Quarantine is required for some travelers.

Travelers who test positive while on the Island must quarantine and cover their own medical expenses and accommodation during the possible extended stay.

Allowed Vaccines: Pfizer/BioNTech, Moderna, Janssen (Johnson & Johnson), Oxford/AstraZeneca, Covaxin, Covishield, Sinopharm/BIBP, Sinovac, Novavax/Covovax

Domestic travel

The Puerto Rican government has ended mask requirements for indoor and outdoor establishments and has dropped capacity limits for private and public establishments, such as restaurants, bars, theaters and event venues. People entering private and public venues will no longer be required to provide proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test results. This includes motels and other lodging as well.
