I stayed for 4 days and it was fantastic experience. I love the triple room, it was very comfortable, clean and beautiful for me and my family. My daughter love the bathtub. Not only bathtub, she love everything about this hotel. She was crying when we get back because she want to stay more days in this hotel. Fireplace was fantastic. Breakfast was buffet style and good, the restaurant was beautiful too. Everywhere in this hotel is beautiful because we were uphill so the view was like "wow". Unfortunately, there was no hot air balloon flying during our 4 days stay due to the fog until the last day, we got snowfall. I can't imagine in real if there was HAB flying around the hotel, it must be perfect. I think, maybe I have the reason to come back to Cappadocia and stay in this hotel again in future! The staff was also friendly.

They were very nice from the very first day. They allow us for early check in because our bus arrived like 6 am in the morning without charges. They also help us with laundry, pick up and drop off at our room. The food was good, the view is very nice. I took the hot air baloon package with hotel and they give me free airport transfer. And i lost my wedding ring during hot air baloon ride and they connect me with the right person and we manage to find the ring before our flight back to malaysia. We were so excited that we forgot to pay the hotel bills. But everything was settled while i already otw to the airport.

Very beautiful, centrally located accommodation with amazing staff and cozy room. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - they organized all of our trips, drivers and anything we needed for us. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel!

There actually a short cut within the hotel to the town. There are so many beautiful spots for photos and relaxation! We enjoyed so much in here! Will definitely come back again if we are in Cappadocia !!

We felt like home. Ahmed, the ladies serving us, the guy who made the grill outside, everyone were great. We stayed for 4 nights, and every night even we had dinner there and we felt like home. The prices offer by them are lower than you would usually find. The view and the price paid for what you get is amazing. I definitely recommend this place.

I was surprised by the staff's fluent Korean skills. It feels like the age of the accommodation, but the hot air balloon view from the accommodation in the early morning will be nothing like this place. Breakfast was also delicious. I hope you will also visit the Chinese restaurant operated by the accommodation. Kkubaro is the best.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Since the nature of cave hotel, the room and duvet were bit humid. need to be heater on for ventilation. The view for the hot ballon was stunning. Breakfast was beautiful.

Travellers's Cave Hotel is really amazing, very satisfying. The location is very close to the tourist sites we want to visit. You can see the balloons flying very close from the front of your room. The bedrooms and toilets are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and healthy. The manager and Staffs is very friendly, kind and helpful. We can ask them for any help, because we don't speak Turkish. They also really made sure all our needs at the hotel were met. We highly recommend this hotel to friends who want to vacation in Goreme Cappadocia.
