satisfied,the hotel is comfort,clean,safety,the stafs are responsible, helpfull and smile,near the center town,easily for call public car or taxi. The breakfast is ok. The room and the equipment support in the room are no problems. If we will go to the shop or go to the harbour or go to the market or go to the resto can by walk because the location is not so far from the hotel. For all, I satisfied stay in the hotel and if I go to the Manado again, I chose the hotel for stay.

As we have stayed in several budget hotels in Manado and our experiences were quite bad, we decided to stay in Travello hotel even though it's a bit more expensive. The room is clean and comfortable and the service of the front office and housekeeping is good. When we wanted to order room service we asked for at least 5 items on the menu which they could not deliver. The breakfast is good - wide variety of choice. Even though there was not a lot of traffic noise when we were in the room, the hotel is next to a mosque which will 'sing' you awake when you are not used to this.

This is such a boutique hotel with a good interior room space, still new hotel and location wise it is great. This hotel is located right in the heart of Manado City which almost all the hectic and crowd are gathered in that street. In term of service, this hotel has a good service and room also very clean, so it is a nice place to stay.

perfect location at downtown Manado”
stayed here for a night, quite surprise with the room and facility they offer as the rate was just USD 60/night (including breakfast). although the location is at the heart of the city, the rooms are located reasonably far from the main road, thus you can still enjoy the quietness of the surrounding. shopping malls and fast food chain restaurants are just walking distance from the hotel (5 - 15 mins walking distance).

Business Trip in Manado”
I stayed for 2 nights in studio superior room. Location was good, in the central of the city. First glance on the lobby was good for a 3-star hotel, but check in process was not that smooth, I wait in a queue but actually there are other staff which is free, but did not has initiative to serve for check in. Room condition was quite good, spacey & clean, but my room was located in front side of the hotel, facing the main road, which when local public transports (with really loud sound system) pass by, it can vibrate inside the room.

- The rooms are neat and clean - The staff speaks very little english and so if you dont speak bahasa it is not recommended to stay here as you can hardly get any help from staff. - The quality of breakfast offered in the morning need to improve. - Room service for anything ordered from h0tel is good. - Staff is good and very accommodating but for their command of english which is very poor.

When I arrived, I was asked if I wanted a room with two twin beds or one King bed. I asked for king. When I went to sleep that night, I found that their king bed was simply two twin beds pushed together with king size sheets on them. Disappointing. The staff was very friendly and helpful but is limited in English. The restaurant staff is not attentive. They were often standing together in the corner talking instead of helping guests. The facilities were clean. Services were acceptable but not spectacular. Overall, worth the money.

The staff was pleasant and the room clean and decently furnished. Good value for he money. We had a very noisy group staying next door and they kept their door open well into the evening so we could hear nearly everything as the sound bounced through the hard surface hallways through our door.
