Next to drug dealers because this place is super cheap. The cleaning lady was amazing! It was left smelling great when we returned. Breakfast wasn’t great but for the money it’s just what was offered. Good stay over all.

Good location and lot of Parking Spots”
Even though I got non smoking rooms, the smell was bad on all rooms we got. Maintenance around the facility is needed per smell, faucets loosen, doors not completely close,... Staff was friendly. Breakfast is not really an OK one since it is not ready at the serve time, old fruit is still in the basket and nowhere to have a seat or table. Hotel location is a good one for travel per easy access to main streets and freeway.

The lady owner was nice and other than that I don't have anything good to say. The Faces of Death scene in the bathroom with a daddy long legs and a roach was the start to a very hard night. Roaches running a muck all over, the dated furniture, stained linens and things. The missing batteries in the smoke detector, peeling lead based paint in the bath and the cleaning lady that thought taking the shower curtain from the shower was a good idea. The yelling psycho dude going door to door with a knife, whom by the way, left his blood rags outside my quarters and all followed by the incessant banging of at least 7 police officers on the door at a little past 3 am was, i'll say, a bit of an eye opener to the goings on in Buena Park. They should just take the "Buena" off or put no in front of it. Last but not least, there was also a wide array of nardowells and various other miscreants gathered around like the night of the living dead. I must say, I honestly was hard done by this place. This place should be a definitive last resort.

Bad smell in the room, dirty floor, in towel were hair, in the room were bugs, in the blanket was hole from cigaret, there was broken cabinet with hole in the wall 😂

Paid extra for king beds - didn't get them. Room had water dripping from ceiling in bathroom. Wouldn't take credit card because it didn't have a chip. It was a complete nightmare. Twice in one night had multiple police at the hotel. Had it not been a 3 day weekend with everything booked, I would have left.

TERRIBLE PLACE”
When I arrived to check in the owner said she couldn’t find my booking and wanted me to pay again with an extra $20 than I had already paid, I even showed her my confirmation and that I had already paid but she said she couldn’t do anything about it. I had to find another hotel for that same night. I’m kind of glad I didn’t stay there either way cause some of the room’s doors were open and it looked dirty and disorganized.

disgusting, plumbing did not work, zero cable - only foreign asian or pacific islander oriented channels, and they charge a HIDDEN sixty dollar deposit. ZERO microwave, and the soap was small and not generous. Also, the sheets had cigarette butts in them. HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT
