Travel lodge is a great choice”
The overall experience staying at the travel lodge has been pretty good. The cleanliness is good but we have noticed there are roaches. Also the water while taking a shower will turn hot to cold. Another downfall that has really been a huge disappointment to me is that they no longer provide breakfast. They said it's due to Covid 19 but I'm sure there are other hotels that are still offering breakfast. But the woman at the front desk said this particular hotel is independently owned and they chose not to reopen the breakfast. This makes me think they are just being lazy or greedy or both. I love the pool and on-site laundry facility. I feel like the beds are very comfortable except that the bed we got a bed that has one side that has a large dip in it where someone must have spent a lot of time laying in it. They should really replace it. But if we don't sleep in the hole and stay on the good side it's a very comfortable bed. Being that it's a very large bed my husband and I don't even really notice the dip. But for the price we pay per week it is the best price in town for the value of the hotel. I would recommend staying here just make sure you stay in the non smoking section as they are separate buildings and the non smoking side is much more clean and well taken care of. Also the hotel is in a prime location to stores and restaurants and the bus line. There is even a walk in clinic across the road which came in handy one day when I needed to see a Dr. I give it 5 stars despite the bad things because you just can't find these qualities anywhere else in Fort myers for this price.

It was good place for a one night stay they are clean, a little smell but not a huge deal but the only thing was they have no elevator. Stairs weren’t long but it would have been more convenient for my grandmother, Overall a good place and reasonable price.

Staff was nice, pool was clean, and the location was great. Did have one issue with the room and they quickly moved my room with no problem. I would stay here again in the future. Some sort of breakfast would have been great but over all the say was worth what I paid for.

Bargain Hotel ”
I'd you're looking for a no frills hotel deal then this is it. Great staff but no amenities to speak of. Pool is so so & laundry facility is sub par. Other than that, it's somewhat clean and somewhat safe. Excellent location with tons of restaurants and shopping close by.

I was very happy with the girls at the front desk when I checked in in the evening.. It was a last minute booking . my room is clean. And quiet. All prices are this season because of inflation And how things have been handled in this country politically. this was the best value of everything I looked at.

Horrible stay”
I booked the hotel as I had a wedding that day in the area. Checked in and there was no water. Was told it wouldn’t be long-lie. I couldn’t even shower to get ready. I was livid. Then the water when I returned was orange. Also-no breakfast🤬
